Good value for downtown Dallas if you want a spacious room with high ceiling
Pros:

Pros:

The staff is very friendly, the facilities are okay, and the location is great.

Cons:

The biggest problem is that they take a deposit of almost $1,000 at the reception and they still haven't refunded my money, and I paid for the accommodation in advance through the booking.com platform.

Excelente lugar, muy bonito, pero no hay necesidad de tomar el desayuno alli, hay lugares mejores

Lo que mas me gusto fue que el lugar tiene un buen diseño, moderno, esta bien ubicado y las areas comunes son excelentes, pude ver un partido del Mundial y todo muy tranquilo.

Cons:

El desayuno, fue terrible el menu, no me gusto, pague la habitacion con los desayunos incluidos por dos noches, pero al segundo dia no quise tomar el desayuno alli, me parecio muy malo. Es el unico servicio que no recomendaria.

Extremely poor value, would not stay again
Pros:

The staff do try their best especially the cleaning staff, she gets in early and works hard. So I appreciate that. I left my valuables inside and everything was accounted for, so they hire good people.

Cons:

I paid a lot of money to stay for 1 night. I paid about $300 USD per night for this hotel due to demand pricing surge. This hotel is not worth paying $300 USD per night, it's worth half that.

There was a large family staying in one room below me and they were making a lot of noise. This hotel isn't very noise proof. It's built out of concrete so a lot of the time, the sound just echos and booms down the corridor or from downstairs unintentionally. It wasn't pleasant.

The location isn't good for overseas travellers. You have to walk 15 mins to get to the main street area. Just be prepared to Uber or walk.

Poor security - any person can walk up the lift and press any floor and access the room... For a wannabe "trendy" hotel carrying the Marriott brand and its reputation I'd expect them to invest a bit of money into the card access system and modernise it.

If I could get a refund that would be good. DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED DOLLARS HERE.

Dead roach in the shower upon arrival. The entire facility did not measure up to the advertised photos at all!!! Most disappointing!!!

Front Desk Supervisor Experience
Pros:

The location was perfect for anywhere you want to go downtown was an 8-10 minutes Uber ride. It was too hot to just walk for me anyways. First time in Dallas and I wasn't use to the heat. LOL The FIFA was in town for a few days there but there wasn't any noise level issues. I arrived before the scheduled check-in and found the front desk supervisor Jermaine/Germaine unsure of the spelling handling several guests by himself with ease. What could've been overwhelming for others, Jermaine made it look easy. Prior to my arrival, I received a message that my request for early check-in wasn't possible. Jermaine made it possible and got the best room it seems to me. I was ecstatic. He made the impossible possible. I received snacks and breakfast from Jermaine. The room was spotless, the elevator wasn't a long wait time with so many guests in town for FIFA. I pleasantly enjoyed my stay here.

Pros:

Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas. La ubicación es muy buena. Hotel limpio. Gimnasio adecuado. Estuvimos durante los partidos de Argentina en la copa del mundo y todos los servicios estuvieron bien.

Cons:

El servicio de limpieza es día por medio. No ofrece desayuno incluido.
