Great stay in downtown Dallas.
Pros:

Room was spacious, clean and tidy and had plenty of room to put 2 suitcases. Bed was comfortable.
There is a guest laundry - pay for the washing machine and the dryer is free. This was great for us a week into our trip.
Loved how lively the hotel lobby was.
Nice pool and good to be able to get outside to read a book.
Great location.

It was excellent! Would stay again!
Pros:

Dog friendly and incredibly helpful and kind staff.

Cons:

Having more grass around the property for the dogs would be great. And more signage for the hotel to more clearly see when coming in from various directions would be helpful.

Paying for parking. If you book with the hotel you should get free parking. And the hot water in the shower took 10-15 minutes to get warm
