Nic .o się nie podobało bo wszystko było zmarznięte w pokoju.

Cons:

Nienagrzane w pokoju i brak możliwości szybkiego nagrzania.j. Zimno. Od tego typu hotelu raczej oczekuje się wejścia w cieply pokoj i to w środku zimy. Więcej nie skorzystam.

Mi aspettavo di meglio da un 4 stelle.
Pros:

Spazi piuttosto moderni e puliti. Posizione vicino al parco acquatico e ai mezzi di trasporto. Erogatori di acqua disponibili ad ogni piano

Cons:

Camera troppo piccola e poca scelta a colazione. Pochissima frutta fresca. Mi aspettavo di meglio da un 4 stelle.

Не готель 4 зірки, а хостел! Холодний номер без сейфу і вночі гупала музика, бо у когось було паті до світанку
Pros:

Одним з плюсів - це розташування готелю, недалеко від дому моєї сестри. Тільки із-за цього ми і обрали цей готель.

Cons:

З самого початку, як я забронювала готель, мені запропонували безкоштовний трансфер з аеропорту до готелю( як подарунок). Я отримала мейл на пошту, що мій рейс будуть відслідковувати і машина чекатиме в аеропорту по прибуттю. В решті-решт наш рейс затримали на годину, як тільки літак сів в Кракові, то мене набрав водій і я йому повідомила що ми ще в літаку і треба час для того, щоб пройти паспортний контроль і отримати багаж, він сказав все окей, я чекатиму без проблем. Стоячи в черзі я написала повідомлення водію скільки ще приблизно часу ми пробудемо в черзі. Далі, як вийшли і стали біля обміну валют( де мав зустріти нас водій трансферу) там нікого не було, я дзвонила водієві і тільки з 3 разу він все ж таки відповів і сказав, шо його компанія відмінила цю поїздку. Для мене було б краще, якби мені одразу сказали, що нам ніхто не зустріне, тоді б я заздалегідь попередила сестру і вона б приїхала за мною на машині, а так ми ще втратили час, поки замовили і дочекались таксі.
Далі, в одну із ночей перебування в готелі було паті до світанку, музика гупала так, шо ми думали, шо шибки на вікнах повилітають. Коли я зателефонувала на ресепшен, то хлопець сказав, шо паті буде до ранку і типу мене повідомили при заїзді, але мене ніхто про це не повідомляв. Він не вибачився нічого, сказав, шо я можу написати мейл на сайті готелі і мені зроблять знижку( якщо готель знав, що буде паті і хотіли зробити знижку, то цікаво чому одразу її не зробили, а зняли повну суму з картки?) Нашо мені та знижка, коли я хочу нормально виспатись? Бо з самого ранку кожного дня я була з маленькою дитиною.
Також в номері не було навіть сейфу … це шок!
Ще в номері холодяка, тонкі покривальця. температура кондиціонера була виставлена на 25 градусів, а дуло холодне повітря.
Цей готель ніяк не 4 зірки, максимум тягне на хостел.
