Adequate, but nothing to write home about.

The room was clean and the staff personnel were very pleasant.

Cons:

Please understand that I am stay in a hotel, somewhere in the world,(not North America, Europe) at least 18 weeks a year. And yes, those hotels are usually a minimum of 5 star and I pile up a pile of points. In the states, however, I don't expect the facilities or services that I see off shore. It would be nice to use my IHG points, but the hotel would not accept them; I went to my old favorite for the US, Booking.com Unfortunately, this room and facility was not the value of the charge. Free breakfast? Out of food, and lesser quality than a no tell, hotel. The window air conditioner rumbled like a JT8D jet engine starting up. Sorry IHG, but you have to step up to the plate and balance your price verses true value.

Great location while going to Fort Benning
Pros:

Lighting is not good in the bathroom while applying make up.
Love the location since it is so close to Fort Benning. Anywhere outside of Fort Benning is sketchy. Would stay again. Staff was very nice.

Great location.
Pros:

Easy check in. Room well provisioned and a good breakfast.

Cons:

Or room was situated right next to the elevator and the elevator noise was not good. Also the plumbing system (showers) from other rooms was extremely noisy. The bath in our room did not drain well. It was still 4 inches deep one and a half hours after two showers were taken. We also do not know why a 10 dollar charge was made on our credit card. The hotel have not responded to our question about this.

Cons:

The automated welcome text I received shortly after checking in, mentioned I could reply to the thread for assistance. I did so multiple times without a response back. Disappointed that the service they offered did not work. The bath tub had black mold. The WiFi never worked. And as a rewards member I was not able to earn points for my stay due to booking through a 3rd party.
