J'ai séjourné du 8 au 11 février 2026 dans cet hôtel : l'hôtel m 'a demandé à mon arrivée et contre toute attente une caution (ce n'était pas du tout clair sur le site de booking) et m'a prélevé la caution à mon arrivée (345€). Après 8 mails avec preuve de prélèvement sur mon compte bancaire, à la date du 25 mars je ne suis toujours pas remboursé. C'est vraiment une escroquerie. Je vais déposer plainte au parquet de Pointe à Pitre. Je ne recommande pas du tout.

ANG : I stayed at this hotel from February 8th to 11th, 2026. Upon arrival, the hotel unexpectedly asked me for a security deposit (this wasn't at all clear on the Booking.com website) and charged me €345. After eight emails with proof of the debit from my bank account, as of March 25th, I still haven't received my refund. This is a complete scam. I will be filing a complaint with the public prosecutor's office in Pointe-à-Pitre. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.

ESP Me alojé en este hotel del 8 al 11 de febrero de 2026. Al llegar, el hotel me pidió inesperadamente un depósito de seguridad (esto no estaba nada claro en la página web de Booking.com) y me cobró 345 €. Tras ocho correos electrónicos con el comprobante del cargo en mi cuenta bancaria, a fecha de 25 de marzo, todavía no he recibido mi reembolso. Esto es una estafa total. Voy a presentar una denuncia ante la fiscalía de Pointe-à-Pitre. No recomiendo este hotel en absoluto.

L'accueil n'est pas digne d'un hôtel même s'il n'a que 2*, le personnel notamment la fille de l'accueil est très désagréable, pas un bonjour, pas un aurevoir, et pourtant c'est le minimum qu'on demande à un personnel, le petit déjeuner est sans plus et le must c'est le parking qui est trop petit donc obligé de se garer à l'extérieur et une cliente qui prend son petit déjeuner avec sa tablette en visio qui fait un scandale àlors qu'il y a des chambres juste a côté de la salle et d'autres personnes qui souhaitent manger en paix... Bref je n'y retournerais plus, je ne recommande pas
Juste un petit+ pour le monsieur qui est à l'accueil et qui tente de faire de son mieux

Je n’y retournerai pas
Pros:

Les communs de la résidence Yucca sont SALES. L’appartement était plus que moyen au niveau propreté surtout cuisine et salle d’eau , le lit très bon, le personnel souriant mais change tout le temps même sur 5jrs de suite- pas moyen d’avoir de suivi des demandes -
Quant à l’emplacement : malgré ce qui est dit, il n y a pas de vue mer mais sur un parking.
