Pros:

La cordialità e professionalità del personale.
La struttura elegante e pulita. Comodità del parcheggio e centralissima per visitare ortigia.
È il primo albergo in cui trovo acqua e o granita a disposizione e la colazione internazionale e Siciliana insieme.
Nelle foto in cè la vasca , noi avevamo la doccia walk in. Con tutti il necessario.

Agréable malgré la propreté moyenne de la chambre
Pros:

L’emplacement est très bon et il est très facile de se garer à proximité. L’île d’Ortiga est joignable en 5 min à pied. Le personnel est très aimable et serviable.

Cons:

Le ménage est mal fait, nous avons retrouvés un petit bout de verre au pied de notre lit. Dans la salle de bain il y a des traces de calcaire. Le sol ne semblait pas correctement lavé : traces de saletés encore visibles. Idem pour la robinetterie de la douche. Dans un coin il avait aussi quelques traces de plâtre tombés du mur.

Great staff. Bathroom needs a refurb. Spacious bedroom. Lovely building. Good location.

Good location. Staff great. Good choice at breakfast.

Cons:

Bathroom very old and needs refurb. Spa bath in room but the spa bit didn’t work. Bath took ages to fill. Shower leaked. Rusty brown stained bath when water drained.
