This hotel I s a fraud hotel their location is wrong. This hotel is a fraud hotel. I booked this hotel with Booking.com and this hotel. Confirm my booking. I even called the hotel. Even message the hotel and on call They confirmed me the booking, but when I reached, they told me that there are no rooms available now as our hotel got booked, so we could not give you room, so please either you cancel your booking or talk to Booking.com, but we just can’t cater to you

I had this horrifying experience late at night, even after talking to Hotel staff on phone before coming. Hotel manager and staff was very, very, very rude Even location is not correct.
I have full feeling that treating their customer like this is their regular practice.

The staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful. The room despicable, and the photos on expedia look like they’ve been photoshopped and enhanced. In reality, they are dirty and unkempt. The air conditioning was not working and I had to request the receptionist (who was least bothered) several times for him to actually take any action and provide me with a remote. I couldn’t stay there for more than 20 minutes.

I wonder that how these hotels make on online websites like Hotels.com, I mean they don't have basic facilities, the AC was not working, the Wifi was not working they said we don't pay invoice for online booking and so on. It's was wearied experience overall.

My overall experience of staying at this hotel was horrible. The rooms were very average. The towels were stained not even fit to clean the floor. I generally feel that hotels treat the customers different when booked through sites like hotels.com. May be that we got a better deal than a direct approach? For everything I had to beg at this hotel. Service ? The receptionist were discourteous to answer. No replies. Everybody spoke only Kannada.

Over all, the room condition was very bad comared to what it looks on on the net

Mattress over double bed is not single continuous sheet. They have joined two single beds & two different mattresses to make kind size bed. Because of that, there will always be a gap between two mattresses which is not at all comfortable. Rest of the this are manageable.

The experience was good and satisfying and would certainly visit again if i come to bangalore

There is no buffet breakfast as mentioned. It is small items which they deliver at room.

I enjoyed the stay, but I would prefer to bring a flaw, which is that the breakfast starts only at 8.30, which should be made early (i.e.) by 7.30 or 8

The only good thing i can say is that the shower was nice and hot. The reception staff were very unhelpful asked them for a pick up from the airport which it states that they will do this for you and we were told abruptly to get 1 from the airport. Then when we left ordered a taxi for the airport for 10:30 the next morning they failed to do this and when i asked where it was they knew nothing about it and said i had not ordered it. They asked for a comment in their guest book i just wrote RUBBISH!!!!!!!!

Quite convenient for 24 hour check in as i am on transit to Hampi. Convience of free wifi in room . Big room but place needs updating . Location is okay but not great.

Overall it was value for money. The staff were friendly n helpful n left u alone.

Overall experience is good. However wi-fi strength was good inside the room and water bottle provided inside the room were charged where as in expedia site it was mentioned as complimentary

The hotel is strictly for stay purpose as it does not have a Kitchen. Food needs to be ordered from nearby restaurants. The advantage of the hotel is of being close to the city railway and Bus station and it is in a lane of reputed hotels.

Service regarding food is not available by it's own , but they can arrange , Cleanliness is moderate .Need more attention in cleanliness of the room.

I enjoyed my stay and the staff were very nice and helpful. A/C worked good and really loved the tata sky cable with english channels. Wifi was also good.
