Good value if hygiene issues are resolved
Pros:

Location and price was reasonable.

Cons:

One of the bathroom had severe hygiene issues. It has a foul smell that lingers throughout the whole room. Bathroom was unusable at that point as smell won’t go away throughout the whole stay.

Pros:

The location is excellent and close to everything in the city. The room was simple but clean and comfortable. Staff were welcoming and helpful during my stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Great accommodation. I'd stay there again.
Pros:

Apartment layout. 12th floor view and verandah. Toiletries in bathroom. Clean. Blade less fans in both bedrooms.

Cons:

Wifi didn't work. We weren't bothered. Told reception on checkout. But it should have been available.

Pros:

Fairly central location though a hill to climb from Queens Street.

非常棒的酒店宽敞整洁的房间，适合家庭、朋友出游入住。

出行用餐非常便利

Cons:

因为在一座公寓里酒店标识不太明显，前台员工不会中文（由于紧邻AUT和奥大，一些中国家长会选择这里，如果不会英文就有点麻烦）建议做一些办理入住、退房的中文小卡片这样比较方便了。
