Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean and well maintained, and the location is excellent. close to shops and city area. Staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Adequate, comfortable stay.
Pros:

The unit was clean. Manager very helpful with our late check in.
Hotel location good - we are able to walk to the wharf. Area very hilly and this hotel was at the top of the hill.
Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Photos on booking not even close to the apartment we were staying in… the bed only just fit in the bedroom. No room to move around the bed.

Good hotel, perfect for a night out in the town.
Pros:

Great location, easy check in and out. Good privacy.

Cons:

Very hot and stuffy inside the rooms. Two fans were provided luckily, but A/C would have been nice.

L'équipement de la chambre.

Lorsque j'ai réservé sur le site il est dit que nous allons avoir une vue sur le Sky Tower ce qui n'a pas été le cas.
Nous étions au 3ieme étage les balcons en dessous de nous ne sont pas propre. Nous avons un balcon donnant sur la route. Nous ne pouvons pas laissé les fenêtres ouvertes ar trop bruyant à ec lez bruits de voiture.
Le premier soir on entend d'autres clients de l'hôtel parlé, il faudrait mettre une note comme quoi à une certaine heure pas de bruit.
Sinon l'ensemble est correcte.
Nous n'avons pas pu rencontré le personnel à part la dame de la réception sans plus.

Cons:

No outlook at all. Location not great. No light in the bathroom. Untidy neighbours looking straight into the room. Very small TV . Bathroom fan very loud and took a long time to automatically turn off. We won’t come back nor would recommend. Photos online NOTHING like the property
