Hôtel bien placé au centre ville de nabeul bon restaurant à proximité une ville qui bouge aussi au top

Lamentable c est plus un hôtel de pass qu un hôtel pour touristes. À eviter

Tranquillo nella stagione invernale. Buona esposizione. Molta cortesia.

Dirty, bad conditions , breakfast very bad, service at the meals unbelievable, missing forks and spoons.
Pool ugly, toilet impossible to use.

Beim Check-In schien die Empfangsdame nicht so recht zu wissen, wie sie mit einer E-Buchung umgehen - ärgerlich. Unser Zimmer war angenehm. Nur im Bad fehlte eine Lüftungsanlage. Das war kaum genießbar. Der Strand (direkt am Hotel gelegen) und die nähere Umgebung (das Hotel befindet sich in Nähe des Stadt -Zentrums) hingegen haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Wegen des schlechten Essens würde ich nicht nochmal dorthin gehen.

Service de l hôtel décevant surtout la nourriture.

l'hôtel par lui même est très chouette il est un peu désuet, il n'y a pas d'animation sauf une musique très forte

Il y avait personne . Hygiène déplorable , accueil médiocre , self produit avariée je vous déconseille cette hôtel si vous voulez passe de bonne vacance

Le personnel super gentil et intentionné hotel bien situé mais un peu vieux pratiquement pas de Français hotel.com dans le déscriptif nous dit sèche cheveux sur demande et il n'y en a pas (petit détail mais qui a son importance) la nourriture peu varié (mais du certainement au faible taux de remplissage de l'hotel à cette époque) ceci dis j'ai quand même passé un agréable séjour

i wasn't happy about the room cleaning status and the bed wasn't comfortable at all.

The hotel management is not organized, the reception service is very poor. the receptioniste was screaming all the time and the wait in line is so long. the cleaning service is not done on time and you have to ask for it if you wanted to be done. there are no way to get any extra food outside the restaurant time unless you go to nearby stores.

The customer service sucks since the staff (most of them) make you feel that they are doing you a favour while serving residents.For instance, the gate security officer refused to let me in after midnight and I had to argue with him so that he opens the gate. These awful services mentioned above are applied only to the coloured races present in the hotel; it is different from what the Europeans receive as a service; which is really disappointing. Thats why I highly recommend that any Arab or non- Europeans customers choose a different hotel to enjoy a stress - free vacation.

Not worth the money.
it is an old hotel, lots of issues with the with the hotel upkeep. Small elevator doesn't work most of the time. Water cut in the room. Small room for a Triple room.
Noisy all night with the live music.
No proper child seat in the restaurant.
Food is dreadful.
Checkin was fast and didn't take time so is the checkout.
I have left the hotel one day earlier..for the above reasons.
