We visited Hilton Garden Inn Nashville / Vanderbilt and we chose to Valet our car (for the first time ever). The attendant today, Steven, was awesome. He helped us with the website navigation and brought our car to us very promptly and professionally.

This hotel is in a great location if you want to be close to popular sites but a bit removed from the core of the entertainment on Broadway. One thing that stood out was the terrific service offered by the staff valets Matt and Steven. They were prompt, courteous, and friendly! - The best!
I stayed at the Hilton for work meetings, and we met in the hotel. The meeting support (lunch, snacks, etc.) was wonderful. Emad did a great job accommodating us!
The valet service was outstanding! Matt at the valet counter was courteous and professional. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient. They greeted me with a smile, handled my vehicle with care, and had everything ready when I needed it. The entire process was smooth and stress-free, making my experience even more enjoyable. Excellent customer service and attention to detail—I would definitely use this valet service again and highly recommend it to others.

Star was an amazing front desk clerk. Coming in late with small children can be very overwhelming, but Star took great care of us and met us with a warm smile. The rooms are amazing and they smell nice.

During one of the snowstorms I stayed here, I am a medical provider. A perhaps tan skin toned man in plaid pajama pants and a nutrishop shirt with dark brown shorter curly hair followed me into the elevator in the evening hours. I pressed my floor # and I asked what floor # he needed pushed…he said a number and instantly corrected his choice to my floor pressed already..I immediately got off the elevator on the ground floor, I cannot make this up…he also promptly got off the elevator. I went to the lobby for 15 minutes and went back to the elevator, low and behold he was there. I pretended to look at the pool outside and he waited around until I asked if he needed the elevator-he got on and left. I went and informed the front desk and they laughed and said he worked here…I went to the elevator and got my phone camera out as I went to my room, shoved a chair under the handle to hear if someone tried to come in…didn’t sleep at all that night scared out of my mind. Always be aware of your surroundings, especially here, this could’ve gone a lot differently if I wasn’t. I will never stay here again, even as a diamond member.
Average property, there always seems to be an issue with their A/C, furniture, or something. As an example, I tore clothing because of an exposed bed frame during this last visit. They could have cared less. Stay here for the Valet service. They're great. Matt in particular.

When we arrived, Micah was at the desk waiting and greeted us with a smile. He offered some ideas for things to do and made sure our group was comfortable. His customer service was top tier!! Our rooms were clean quiet and the hotel location was in a great location.
