Staff is friendly.
The hotel feels like it hasn’t been upgraded (beyond some superficial things) in at least 20 years. The staff can only do so much when the property is not in good shape. Our room felt humid and damp even with AC on. The doors to the pool are rusted.
The price you pay is to be in a location relatively close to all the action but not the kind of area where I’d feel comfortable walking to anything. Parking is $50.

I received excellent service at the Hilton Garden Inn. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially my valet driver Myles.
The atmosphere was amazing! Felt like I was surrounded by people I’ve known for years. Even the valet driver made me feel like I could trust him with way more than my car. I believe the young man was Myles Rashad. Definitely will be returning on a business trip.

I had a wonderful stay at this establishment. The front desk and valet staff were very helpful! Myles was extremely polite and made sure my vehicle was pulled down in a timely manner. I will definitely choose this location again when I return to Nashville!

Came to eat at Hoppy Bird inside the hotel. Richelle was the nicest server I have ever encountered. She took care of us real good and made us laugh and smile. The food was also good.
Amanda was brilliant; she worked the crowd. It was amazing to watch people come up and order singles and she offered doubles, and they gladly accepted and multiplied the business venture, happily and comfortably, and she doubled the profits of the proprietor by very simple means. Brilliant!
I really enjoyed my stay. If I am ever here again, I will most definitely stay here. Micah at the front desk was essentially helpful and informative. Thanks, Hilton Vanderbilt.
There was nothing that was disappointing.
I like that they have valet parking and they were very fast with servicing any needs.
I didnt like the amount that it costs for parking. And that they filled in the hot tub. I was looking forward to that.
Check in was FANTASTIC and fast. The valet, Nakita was a real joy because she ensured that our vehicle was safe upon arrival while waiting and again when we picked up the vehicle. Micah was very professional and helpful. We will definitely return to this hotel due to wonderful customer service. Thank you!
