Great customer service
Pros:

Stopped here for one night and everything went perfectly. Check in was fast, the staff was friendly, and the valet service was great. Steven was extremely helpful and polite. Valet is definitely worth it.

Amazing Valet!
Pros:

I recently broken my foot and am wearing a cast. I parked in Self Parking last night. When I went to leave this morning the valet, Cameron H asked me for my keys and retrieved my car!! He put my luggage away and wished me a speedy recovery! God bless him. It’s touches like these that make me a lifetime Diamond Member!! Go Hilton!
