Nothing
Lovely helpful staff.
Noisey people at night behind hotel on footpath to monument
Good location, close to Frodsham centre & good taxi service.
All of the staff we encountered were lovely, friendly & helpful.
The staff member on reception was very welcoming, friendly and helpful in ordering us a taxi.
The shower in our room was dreadful in the evening, water pressure was terrible, it was like warm & the shower didn’t fit into the holder on the wall properly so it had to be held to shower. It also fell out twice & nearly hit me on the head.
The pressure & temperature in the morning were much better so that was fine, obviously had the same issue with the wall mount. (Room 217)
Food was amazing! Staff were lovely, and the pool was great!
Could not fault anything at all
The location is excellent and the bar and restaurant has a good atmosphere.
The bedroom number 123 is nice but could have been cleaned better and the single bed nearest the bathroom was very unsteady, also the bathroom needs updating.
Cleanliness of the room and cold shower
Comfortable stay in a clean room with a nice breakfast.
Staff were friendly and the location was great. Also great that dogs are allowed!
Cleanliness - This hotel lacked it massively! Super dated and room very dirty. We were given another room after going to reception which was a lot better but still not 100%. Wouldn’t stay again sadly which is a shame as could be lovely!
room, staff exceptional.
Great place to stay, a little dated but clean and reminds me of the good old days. Staff are superb, good entertaining on in the evening and taxis arrive quickly to take you onto town.
What more could you want 🍻
Restaurant
Room was shabby. Bathroom suite was 40+ Years Old
