E questo dovrebbe essere un hotel a 4 stelle…
Pros:

Unica cosa che posso dire di aver gradito é stato il cesto di frutta trovato in stanza.
La posizione non è male, a meno di 10minuti in macchina dal centro città.

Cons:

Purtroppo i lati negativi di questa struttura sono davvero infiniti.
-zero manutenzione, le camere sono vecchie ed antiquate ed ho notato diverse cose rotte o mal funzionanti, che sono abbandonate senza alcuna cura.
-avevo inclusa la mezza pensione (colazione e cena) e purtroppo nemmeno da quel punto di vista sono rimasta soddisfatta. Le scelte sono limitate ed i prodotti sono di scarsa qualità. Durante la colazione ho preso 2 yogurt ed aprendoli ho subito notato che qualcosa non andava. Erano fermentati ed emanavano un cattivo odore, controllando la data di scadenza ho notato che erano ormai scaduti da 3 giorni. Disgustoso.
Altro tasto molto dolente è il fatto che durante la cena, nessuna bevanda é inclusa. Capisco che cose come succhi, bevande gassate ed alcoliche possano essere soggette a costi, ma é assolutamente imbarazzante che persino l’acqua costi 4tnd a bottiglia. L’acqua è un bene primario, che deve essere inclusa nel pacchetto. Ricordiamoci di star parlando di un hotel a 4 stelle!
-il wifi funzionava solo in alcune aree dell’hotel e a periodi.
-la pulizia lascia molto a desiderare. Lenzuola sporche e con peli, bagni incrostati ed arrugginiti, polvere e persino le posate/bicchieri/piatti del ristorante erano sudice.
-il parcheggio davanti alla porta principale é per metà risevato ai dipendenti, il che da la possibilità solo a 5/6 macchine di parcheggiare nelle vicinanze. Le altre, devono andare fino al parcheggio secondario, dovendo poi fare a piedi un tratto in salita, che con le valigie può essere difficoltoso per alcuni soggetti.
-il personale (non voglio dire tutti, ma la gran parte di esso) é come se ti stesse facendo un favore. Ti fanno sentire inadeguato nel chiedere semplici informazioni.
Durante i pasti li vedrete con nonchalance uscire dalla cucina, riempirsi il proprio piatto di cibo e tornare indisturbati alle loro mansioni. Non professionale!

C’est une très bonne surprise le sud de la Tunisie magnifique.
Pros:

L’emplacement et la ville très jolie et différente et l’oasis vue naturelle magnifique.

Cons:

Piscine couvert froid , télévision de chambre sa marche pas et le climatiseur.

Pros:

Camere molto spaziose e parcheggio gratuito e sorvegliato per le moto.

Cons:

Hotel vecchio, camere poco pulite, vetri sporchi. Cibo non proponibile, nè per la colazione, né per il veglione di capodanno. Prezzo di 232 euro a doppia a notte compreso cenone di capodanno, (immangiabile) e festa di mezzanotte (dove siamo scappati subito perché non c’era un tavolo disponibile- la risposta è stata “sono tutti occupati dai gruppi”). gut wie immer
Pros:

War alles gut wie immer. Man bekommt eine gute internationale/tunesische Küche.
Hatte am Abreisetag Probleme mit meinem Taxi. Der Nachtportier hat mir schnell Ersatz beschafft.
Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit.
