Pros:

A convenient location, just 1 km from the main train station and from the starting point for exploring the city's main attractions. There is a metro station and tram stops about 350 metres away.
The staff are excellent. They speak several languages, are always accommodating, and resolve any issues very quickly.

Cons:

The rooms could use some updating, and they tend to feel damp. Breakfast is decent — you definitely won’t leave hungry. Omelettes, sandwiches, fruit, and vegetables are always available.
Five nights felt a bit too long, but for a one- or two-night stay, it’s an excellent choice.

Pros:

El espacio de la habitación. El colchón es cómodo, que tuviera una neverita, la limpieza y la ubicación.

Cons:

El olor a cañería del wc, insoportable. Donde te ofrecen el desayuno, (abajo en un sótano donde le faltaba al menos tener leche para alérgenos, solo hay una variedad) Y la habitación que daba a un patio interior.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war völlig in Ordnung, alles was man braucht, alles sehr sauber.

Cons:

Es gibt zwei Frühstücksräume; wir haben an keinem Tag das Glück gehabt, in dem mit Fenster zur Strasse einen Platz zu bekommen. Der andere Raum ist im Keller, die Klimaanlage sorgt für eine zusätzliche frostige Atmosphäre. Das Frühstück an sich ist Durchschnitt.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
Pros:

La colazione era abbondante e buona. La posizione ottima a pochi minuti a piedi dalla piazza principale.

Cons:

Una cosa che non è stata perfetta è stato il lavandino del bagno molto piccolo. Un problema lavarsi senza fare cadere acqua a terra. Non so se è un problema di tutte le stanze.

Pros:

An exceptional hotel in a very good nearly central location. Good underground parking (paid). Very welcoming at reception on arrival. Excellent breakfast. Spacious, comfortable bedroom, good bathroom facilities. I would return there anytime.

Pros:

Ικανοποιητικό πρωινό, τοποθεσία σε κεντρικό σημείο της πόλης, καθαρά και άνετα δωμάτια. Επίσης το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικό

Cons:

Δεν έχω κάποιο συγκεκριμένο παράπονο. Ίσως μόνο το γεγονός ότι το ασανσέρ ήταν μικρό αλλά κατά τα άλλα όλα μια χαρά

Colazione pessima ,ci anno dato una stanza senza finestre da noi questi alberghi sono catalogati 1 stella ,bagni un po datati non voglio commentare altro ci anno cambiato euro in sterline e le avevamo detto che se ci rimanevano le sterline il giorno che andavamo via ci ridavano l’euro invece tutto falso non era possibile cambiarci più le corone a euro
