Ok but bad wifi and no English
Pros:

The breakfast buffet was good. And great we could park our car in the underground parking.

Cons:

WiFi very bad in hotel room. None of the staff spoke English.

Ótimo custo benefício com um bom café da manhã
Pros:

O café da manhã superou as minhas expectativas. Variava ao longo dos dias. Gostei bastante. Deu pra ir a pé para costa para ver o mar. O quarto é bem espaçoso e confortável.

Cons:

O ar-condicionado deu uma falhada, mas não passamos calor.

Pros:

Tem uma ótima localização! Perto do Parque Kenedy e do Larcomar. Tem vários restaurantes próximos. Funcionários cordiais apesar da polícia do hotel ser horrível. Eles acabem que na tem muito o que fazer.

Cons:

O corredor do quarto que meu filho estava hospedado tinha um odor forte e estranho. O hotel está precisando de reforma. Instalações antigas. Reservei 3 unidades executivas para 5 pessoas, sendo uma unidade com cama de casal e os outros dois quartos precisava ser com camas de solteiro pois era pra minha mãe e meus filhos. Me disseram que todos os quartos eram com cama de casal. Aí pedi pra trocar pelo menos um dos quartos para um com duas camas. Eles falaram que só havia quarto inferior ao que eu paguei, respondi que tudo bem o importante era duas camas. Quando cheguei no hotel me cobraram 30 dólares a mais pela troca de quartos, sendo que o que troquei era bem inferior ao que paguei. Achei absurdo! Mas pague e não volto mais.

Pros:

limpia, super cómoda, buena ubicación el servicio super bueno quedaba todo bastante cerca.

Cons:

que el estacionamiento quedaba un poco a tras mano y había que molestar al conserje para ir sacar algo del auto.

Pros:

Bueno, como el desayuno es básico podría existir la opción de enviarlo a la habitación; la atención es regular porque recepción grita y no se acerca a los asientos de recibo de ingreso, para dar una respuesta o conformidad.

Cons:

Bueno, que no comunicaran al ingresar (recepción) que la clave del netflix lo tiene administración y deben pedirlo antes ya que cuando nos enteramos, ya se habian retirado, y no nos dieron ninguna otra alternativa, al respecto. No explicaron el uso de los dos controles del televisor, y no explicaron que una de las toallas en el baño era para el piso.

La ubicación era excelente, el personal maravilloso, siempre a disposición de ayudar, tuvimos un inconveniente con el secador de pelo, llamamos e inmediatamente lo solucionaron, la habitación era amplia y cómoda. Daban un buen desayuno y en un amplio horario.

Está vez fue fatal!
Pros:

Realmente está vez ha sido decepcionante. Siempre me hospedo en este Hotel y nunca he tenido problema.

Cons:

La habitación, no tenía Luz, el internet no funcionaba. Reclame y al siguiente día vinieron a ver la luz; pero no sirvió de nada.
El internet no funcionó nunca.
