Os funcionários foram muito solícitos e atenciosos, principalmente as recepcionistas. O Wi-Fi também funcionou muito bem. Destaco ainda a honestidade da equipe: houve uma cobrança incorreta na compra de uma água, mas eles nos avisaram no checkout e fizeram o reembolso prontamente.

Cons:

Tivemos alguns pontos que poderiam ser melhorados. Encontramos um cabelo no lençol, o teto do quarto é baixo e há poucas tomadas disponíveis, praticamente apenas atrás da cama, onde ficam os abajures. O frigobar não é abastecido, então, para comprar até mesmo uma água, é necessário descer até a recepção. O principal ponto negativo, porém, foi o chuveiro: ele começa quente, mas depois de alguns minutos fica frio, o que foi bastante desconfortável.

Personale gentile e ci ha organizzato il transfer per l’aeroporto.
Buona colazione e ottima posizione per girare il quartiere a piedi. In zona ci sono molti market e ristoranti.

Cons:

Mi sarebbe piaciuto trovare più prodotti in bagno (es.shampoo), c’era solo una piccola saponetta.
