Please note that the card to be registered must be a credit card and belong to the staying passengers, since upon check-in they must present the physical credit card, otherwise the payment is not valid.
Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.
Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee.
Foreign business travelers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. Hotel accogliente, buona posizione a Miraflores, ottima colazione, staff gentile e disponibile, spa in struttura, letti comodi per dormire bene.
Acqua della doccia che esce a malapena, doccino pieno di calcare.

El desayuno es bueno en cuanto a precio/calidad.
Las instalaciones son antiguas, la habitación tenía polillas, no hay mayor atención nocturna como por ejemplo tener disponibilidad de te, cafe o aguas. Tampoco disponen de gimnasio.
Les chambres sont propres, et le personnel de la réception très accueillant. Le petit déjeuner était très complet et parfait pour débuter nos journées de visite !
A hotel from late 70s, very poor facilities, poor breakfast, need an urgent upgrade even as a 3 star hotel.

Non capisco neanche il farmi fare il check-in online con foto di passaporti ecc se poi comunque va rifatto da loro
In più il costo non giustifica la struttura, la hall sembra da hotel di lusso ma poi entri in camera:
- vernice che si sta per staccare
- doccia piena di calcare e rotta
- bagno vecchio
E potrei andare avanti, un po’ di rinnovo alle camere ci vorrebbe
La ubicación no está mal si el interés de visita es Miraflores.
Tuve muchos problemas desde antes de acceder. Reservé pero luego me exigieron tarjeta de crédito, no les servía de débito a pesar de que al principio sí aceptaron. Tenía el desayuno incluido pero si quieres una box lunch pq te recogen pronto de excursión hay q pagarlo aparte (ningún hotel nos puso problemas en todo Perú, este fue el único). Hasta me tuve que hacer yo el check in incluyendo fotografía de documentos. Fue todo un desastre de principio a fin.
Localización bien si vas a visitar Miraflores.
El personal no ayudó en nada. Exigen sí o sí tarjeta de crédito (te lo dicen dos días antes y si no te cancelan reserva) con el consiguiente aumento de precio por comisiones. No te preparan box lunch aunque tengas desayuno y la excursión sea a las 5 salvo q pagues aparte (todos los hoteles de Perú en los q estuve sí lo hicieron). Me dejó mala sensación, la verdad.

Good location, spacious rooms
The checkin process was very annoying. They communicate outside booking.com and send you a whatsapp to add your details. I didn't do this to avoid phishing scams. At checkin, even though they scanned our passports we had to do this online checkin again, where I had to enter all the details and scan both the passports again. Very unnecessary and redundant. The online form isn't very user friendly either and poorly built. This made me waste time a lot of time at reception.
They also expect you to carry the physical card with which you made you booking. Most people use contactless on their phone or virtual cards so this feels unnecessary.
The plug points were also quite far from the bed.
