Las camas son muy cómodas, descansamos después de un día largo de shopping, el desayuno muy rico, estuvieron rellenando los omelettes y el tocino constantemente (era lo que se acababa rápido) también ofrecen waffles, avena, yogurth, fruta, huevos cocidos, variedad de pan, jugo, café y leche, la verdad muy rico todo.
la maquina de hielo del piso 3 no servía y tuve que bajar al piso 2 por hielo, pero no fue un gran esfuerzo, ya que hay elevador y la maquina esta enseguida del elevador, es lo único que puedo mencionar como negativo

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the suite was comfortable, quiet and suited our needs. Kazz was exceptionally helpful and gave us a list of places of interest and restaurants in the area.
The outdoor pool is very small but there is a gym.
Good location for downtown, national parks and shopping malls.
WiFi is painful and constrained to around 15Mbps despite Kazz’s best efforts to help. Expect emails to load eventually and WhatsApp to deliver messages in hours not seconds. Apps will throw up spurious errors. Use the local bars and restaurants instead.
Office chair has seen better days, sofa is soggy and the table cannot be used as a dining table as there is just the office chair. A light in the kitchen area by the mirror would help. Bathroom tap and shower head need to be descaled. Be careful of the extractor hood in the kitchen which is at an awkward height. The floor could do with a wet clean weekly.

My husband and I spent 8 days at this hotel. What we liked most, and what really made our stay great, was the staff. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming, from the front desk to the breakfast and housekeeping staff. The rooms were clean and comfortable; we also took advantage of the pool and hot tub.
The location is good with walkability to restaurants in Barrio Hollywood. You can walk to the university and downtown area, but you need to be aware of your surroundings, especially at night.
There isn't anything that we didn't like, some areas could use improvement. The breakfast could have more varieties of fresh items, and potato options on the warm breakfast.
The area around the pool could use some improvement and more cleanliness. But those are suggestions, we still enjoyed ourselves.

Gute Dusche und komfortable Betten. Gutes und reichhaltig Frühstück.
Die nahe Autobahn hört man beim schlafen ein wenig.
Wir hatten Pech. In der Nacht wurde Feueralarm aus Versehen ausgelöst, technisches Problem. Somit war das schlafen nicht so komfortabel. viele Gäste verliessen ihre Zimmer und begaben sich zur Rezeption.
