Fabulous
Pros:

Place was the best place we stayed on our 15 day vacation. Sheets were so soft. Yummy cookies upon check in. The pool and jacuzzi worked.

My stay was good and thank you.
Pros:

The laundry facility I needed the room was good and the location. I think the morning breakfast was good.

Cons:

can always be a little cleaner and more comfortable but honestly, not to bad!
Or, I was so tired from traveling that I didn't really notice the details.
I did do my laundry though and appreciated that.

The stay was decent. However, it did not meet my expectations.
Pros:

Breakfast was ok. The room was clean. They had 24 hour hot coffee available. The location was good. Pet friendly. They has a some space for dogs to do their business. The staff was friendly.

Cons:

The sink in the bathroom was clogged. The water could hardly go through. We were there only for one night so we managed some how. We don't eat meat and there was ham in the omelet. So only option for us was boiled egg which I don't like. We called at night to get extra soap bar for hand wash since there was only one soap bar for bathing. No one came to give the soap. In the morning I had to go to the front desk to ask for it. There also I had to wait for about 5 to 10 minutes since there was no one at the front desk.

I will most definitely consider my future stays in Tucson and book with this hotel.
Pros:

I really appreciated the paperless checkout process. Every Hotel should have this available.

Cons:

I didn't like that the pool was slightly off to the side of the hotel. Because it's AZ and the heat levels that rise during the summer months, this hotel should have an indoor pool.
