Comfortable and accommodating
Pros:

Staff was great and very accommodating. Easy to get around town from the location. Rooms and beds were comfortable

Cons:

The TV remotes didn't work for on and off in my room, but you could change channels. They were getting new devices installed. The washer and dryer didn't work either. But they are clearly working on updates and overall we would stay again. Great for families.

We had a suite and it was super roomy and comfortable.

Cons:

We had a kitchen, but no silverware. My husband found dirty smelly dishes in the dishwasher.

Disappointing
Pros:

Location was close to the convention center

Cons:

Dirty walls, a/c didn’t work. Woke up to the a/c squealing in the middle of the night and couldn’t get it to turn off for hours. Had to sleep with window open for temp. Then they offered me a whole $20 off that nights stay

CUSTOMER SERVICE
Pros:

We had a few issues with our room while staying there. However, the general manager, Christopher Leon, immediately came to our room and resolved the issues. I was impressed that the manager sprang into action to resolve everything. Upon checking out, Christopher came out to our car as I was packing up and showed where he made a monetary change to our invoice. Customer service was definitely a 10++ at this hotel. We were there for 5 days!

Great staff, comfortable and good location. Great parking as well, we parked our Uhaul very easily

I liked the breakfast and the staff was very nice and accommodating when i had to extend my stay
