Loved everything about this hotel - Literally perfect for exploring Taipei!
Pros:

Loved everything about this hotel! Everything is clean, comfy, well thought out and well designed. Amazing shower pressure, great breakfast (not that you need it with so much good food on the doorstep), great to have free coffee and tea 24 hours, Amazing location for ximen district and transport to everywhere in the city. Just a few minutes from the centre of ximen.

Comfortable and delicious
Pros:

Everything was amazing! The hotel is in a great location, walking distance from all the shops in Ximending, and there is a hello kitty 7-Eleven right next door! The breakfast was delicous with a variety to choose from, and they had a coffee machine too.

Cons:

My small complaint is the gym time, which starts at 9. It would be nice if it could start a bit earlier to get a quick workout before breakfast, but otherwise all was great!

Pros:

We loved this hotel. Although we only were there for one night, we felt really welcomed and we loved all the amenities and thoughtful details of the hotel and staff. Would recommend!

Pros:

The staff was exceptionally attentive and pleasant
I was in the lobby of the hotel and though it was not the usual lobby of a 4-5 star hotel the staff was particularly helpful
I accidentally drank my coffee too fast and I started coughing in a manageable manner
A staff member of the hotel approached me at my table and gave me a cup of warm water to soothe my cough
That's top class service which I've never experienced in my many yrs of frequent travels!

Cons:

The breakfast could be more innovative bec I stayed in just sleep ximendinv for 7nights and thr bf was almost always the same
More variety next time
