Pros:

Idealus viešbutis. Kambarius tvarko kasdien. Švarus. Pasirinkome variantą kambarį su dvejomis viengulėmis lovomis. Viešbutis neturėjo šio varianto, tačiau pasiūlė geresnį kambarį.

Cons:

Gal šiek tiek galėtų būti geresnė kambario izoliacija.

We liked the hotel a lot. If we return to Amsterdam we would certainly consider returning to the Apo
Pros:

Friendliness and helpfulness of staff. Location was excellent for walking to most destinations and short walks to convenient tram/bus rides to others. The common space off the lobby had a great atmosphere and guests could get a cup of coffee and other drinks 24/7.

Cons:

Our room had only one bedside table and lamp. The bathtub/ shower was a little treacherous in terms of slipperiness

Wieder ein toller Aufenthalt in Top Lage mit sehr freundlichen Personal
Pros:

Ich war jetzt schon das 3.Mal hier. Das Zimmer war im 3 Stock zum Hinterhof raus gelegen. Von daher auch sehr ruhig. Die Lage ist top. Alles ist schnell erreichbar. Räder sind günstig zu leihen. Der Service vor Ort und das Personal sind ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Leider war dieses Mal das Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Man hat sämtliche Geräusche, Gespräche und auch „Badezimmeraktivitäten“, sehr laut wahrgenommen. Kann sein das es an diesem Zimmer lag. Hatte ich vorher noch kein mal gehabt.

Le personnel était aux petits soins et le petit déjeuner très bon !

Cons:

La chambre manquait de propreté : des toiles d'araignées derrière le rideau et encadrement de porte, traces sur le miroir de la salle de bain.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem persönlichen und zauberhaften Hotel. Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Das gesamte Team war außerordentlich freundlich, aufmerksam und stets zuvorkommend.

Man merkt sofort, dass hier großer Wert auf Service und Gastfreundschaft gelegt wird. Jeder Wunsch wurde mit einem Lächeln erfüllt, und wir fühlten uns jederzeit herzlich willkommen.

Die Atmosphäre im Hotel ist warm, angenehm und sehr persönlich – genau der richtige Ort, um sich zu entspannen und den Aufenthalt zu genießen.

Ein großes Dankeschön an das gesamte serviceorientierte und engagierte Personal für diese schöne Erfahrung. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können dieses Hotel nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Amsterdam left an amazing impression, and the hotel only made it even better :)
Pros:

Attention to guests – it really stood out. There was already water and apples in the hall, a small touch but very nice. The entire staff was extremely helpful, attentive, and highly professional. Breakfast was abundant and delicious, and the coffee was excellent. The interior is beautiful and elegant, making you feel uplifted. And that retro elevator – such a charming and fun detail! On top of that, the fact that they have a theatre warmed our hearts, as we work in theatre ourselves. :)

Très bon séjour
Pros:

Super hôtel ! Le personnel est très attentionné et gentil. La chambre était très jolie, confortable et spacieuse. L’hôtel est proche des transports en commun et de plusieurs quartiers touristiques.

Isolation un peu légère entre les chambres
