Hotel was brilliant staff excellent location great for trams to city centre would definitely recommend this hotel
This was such a lovely vacation experience. We loved the location in a residential area that had many shopping/dining options just 2 blocks away. The staff were absolutely amazing - kind, friendly, over the top accommodating. We especially want to give a shoutout to Sam - he was our breakfast server and just could not do enough for us. Loved our spacious room and the breakfast buffet was the best we have ever had in Europe!
It was definitely expensive - but we did go at the busiest week of the year - Easter week - prime tulip season!
My only complaint - those towels - please invest in new, more plush ones!!!! We will definitely be back!

The staff were all exceptionally charming and helpful. The decor was attractive. It was in a very pleasant and quiet location, but near enough to shops, restaurants, trams, etc. An excellent breakfast.
I would have liked bottled water and drinking glasses in the room. However, It was a nice touch that there was fresh water with mint in a dispenser, with drinking glasses, in Reception - always welcome on return from a day out.

員工非常親切友善，因為飛機是一大清早抵達，櫃檯還給了我what's app，在房間一整理好的時候就通知我們。房間內的設施雖然舊舊的但功能良好。
整體很棒，唯一可以提的是隔音有點不好，但大部分的時候大家都保持安靜，沒有受到太多影響
Smaakvolle klassieke inrichting, kleinschalig, zeer vriendelijke ontvangst, goede bedden, nespresso-apparaat en waterkoker op de kamer.
Staff were incredibly polite and helpful. The room was spacious and the bed as comfortable as any I’ve experienced in many years of travel.
Some might say it’s style is dated but this only increases it’s appeal

Cette Hôtel a un Charme Fou ! Situé à 20mn à pieds des principaux musées, et a 5mn à pieds d'une rue commerçante avec tram et bus, cette Hôtel est dans un quartier très calme. Le personnel est fantastique, très gentil et très attentif, un vrai esprit de famille. Pour partir du bon pied, rien de tel qu'un bon petit-déjeuner savoureux. A vous de composer, sucré ou salé ou pourquoi pas les deux. Merci encore pour votre accueil.
