It was a pleasant stay. It is clean and conveniently located.
Pros:

It is conveniently located near to the central station. The staffs were very friendly and the coffee bar at the lobby is opened 24/7 with free drinks and snacks. Great to have some refreshments after a whole day of sightseeing.

Cons:

The pillows were quite uncomfortable. Basically they were more like cushions (squared shaped and very thick), not real pillows. I had some neck pain after staying for 3 nights.

This is a lovely hotel, located 10-15 minutes from the Central Station. It has a very chill, relaxed atmosphere and the staff are friendly and super nice 😊

Pros:

Posizione eccezionale, vicino alla stazione centrale e vicino al centro della città, letti comodi camere pulite, colazione adeguata. Nonostante la posizione centrale la zona vivace ma non rumorosa. Ottimo soggiorno

Lage perfekt, Ausstattung gut, Sauberkeit könnte etwas besser sein.
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt. Dass Kaffe, Softdrinks, Bier, Wein und Snacks kostenfrei angeboten werden ist großartig.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer hatte eine gute Ausstattung. Allerdings war das Bad nicht ganz sauber. Auch das Dekokissen vom Bett hatte Flecken. An einem Tag hatten wir gar keinen Zimmerservice und leider war auch das Dachfenster wohl schon länger nicht geputzt worden.
