The staff were very friendly and the hotel has a stunning lobby with complimentary snacks and drinks for guests. It was such a nice spot to chill and have a drink. It is very centrally located.

Cons:

I would say that the cleaning needs a bit of work.

Pros:

We adored this hotel! As a first-time visitor in Amsterdam, the hotel had a perfect location - 5-minute walk to the central station and everything very accessible via walking or public transport. Hotel was lovely, quiet and cozy, excellent breakfast and lovely rooms. Staff are friendly and helpful! We really enjoyed having this hotel as our “base” as it’s perfect to enjoy a complimentary drink and a snack here in between sightseeing or at the end of the night. Would stay again, and suitable for couples, young people, families with children etc :) I don’t often write reviews - but I think it’s deserved when something is very good and not too expensive. This is a really good choice for a first time visitor who values a quiet and good place to stay that has the little extra (the complimentary drinks from 12am-12pm really is a luxury treat!) :) - I would recommend this hotel for friends and family travelling to Amsterdam!

Pros:

Ubicación y la calidad de la cama y ropa de cama.

Cons:

Un establecimiento que cobra lo que cobra el Sint Niclaas debe tener un televisor SMART, no pudimos ver nada con el televisor común que tenía la habitación. A mejorar...!!
