Il fait vraiment très froid en bas à la réception- salon l’après-midi. J’ai demandé si on pouvait baisser la climatisation, le réceptionniste m’a répondu que ce n’était pas possible. Il était en plus vraiment très désagréable. Pas un sourire . Les filles étaient un peu plus sympathiques.

La limpieza, la incomodidad de la cama empotrada en un hueco, el desayuno, instalaciones que necesitan reformarse. No creo que el precio que pagamos se vio reflejado en lo que obtuvimos, me senti en un hostal descuidado y no en un hotel de 4 estrellas.

Great location for a one night stopover. Very easy to get to from the airport. Perfect location for walking exploration of the quaint part of the city.

Location is good but noisy. Room was clean and front reception staff was good.
We only stayed for a night and so no room service was required but while we were out of the room someone crept inside our room and stole my wife’s expensive jewellery which also had huge sentimental value!

Location of the hotel, close to everything although it did get loud at night due to bars nearby, but we knew that was going to happen.
Room was spacious enough for the 4 of us.
Clean room, shower was good, free items in room were super handy and thoughtful.
My husband didnt like the bed. But the rest of slept well
Water bottles in the fridge in our room was never replenished
There was a sewer type smell in the Bathroom that was unpleasant

The room was not clean. The cleaning person did not do good job.
Great staff, great location, room was quiet, good clean room and comfortable bed, and air conditioning that actually worked.
Limited hot water for shower in morning, but okay at night.
