El mejor hotel que hemos visitado en Amsterdam
Pros:

De los mejores hoteles en los que hemos estado. Para empezar, el lugar es completamente hermoso; la recepción es muy moderna y acogedora, tienen snacks y bebidas, tanto frías como calientes, disponibles durante todo el día. El desayuno es bastante completo, la calidad de los productos parece ser muy buena, todo estaba delicioso. La ubicación es inmejorable, a solo dos cuadras de la estación central, puedes desplazarte a cualquier lado desde allí cómodamente.

Es el mejor lugar si quieres vivir la experiencia de Amsterdam desde adentro, sin estar adentrado en el movimiento nocturno del barrio rojo. El cual de todos modos, si quieres visitar, se encuentra muy cerca.

Un parráfo aparte para lo mas importante, la habitación tiene todo lo que puedes necesitar, un mini bar, cafe, té y agua a disposición, la limpieza es de primer nivel, las camas son extremadamente cómodas. A las habitaciones se accede por un cómodo ascensor, a diferencia de muchos alojamientos de Amsterdam a los cuales se accede a las habitaciones solo por escalera teniendo que acarrear el equipaje por ellas. El baño es muy prolijo y te dejan artículos de aseo personal a disposición, los cuales se agradecen.

Lo mejor que tiene, a diferencia de otros alojamientos en Amsterdam, es que los taxis pueden dejarte en la puerta del hotel, ya que esta rodeado de dos avenidas transitables.

A sólo una cuadra de innumerables lugares para comer, destacandose entre ellos la gastronomía Argentina, Italiana y Turca, con excelentes opciones de comida. Y a solo dos cuadras de una de las calles principales de Amsterdam donde se encuentran todos los locales comerciales mas populares de lugar.

La limpieza es lo que mas resalto, junto con la buena atención de su personal, la excelente ubicación y el plus completo de tener a disposición snack y bebidas calientes como un buen cafe o chocolate caliente a media tarde en recepción.

Es tal como se ve en las fotos, o aún mejor. Vovlería mil veces. Lo recomiendo.

Very disappointing
Pros:

The location was very good - very close to the central train station and places of interest. Staff were nice, although strangely not particularly aware of the local cafes/restaurants (or maybe reluctant to recommend). Breakfast, whilst basic, was quite tasty.

Cons:

Room was very disappointing, especially the bathroom, which did not meet my expectations based on what I had seen online + the cost. All up, not good value for money.

Very good all round and it exceeded expectation. We would stay again and also recommend this hotel.
Pros:

Great location close the central station (less than 5 minute walk). Close to main areas of tourist interest and lots of bars and restaurants, but hotels was quiet. Facilities good and we were impressed with the rooms. Nice character. Very nice touch to provide free drinks and snacks in the lobby. Staff very helpful.

Cons:

Breakfast was a little expensive at 17.50

Expensive, but luxurious with lots of little extras to make it memorable.
Pros:

The room was on the ground floor with a handy night access door. The staff were perfect and if you're using Grand Central it's exactly right - you can see it from the lobby.

Cons:

It felt a little exposed to the street, but that wasn't too much of an issue. It was small, but only when viewed next to how expensive it was.

Hotel was convenient to Central Station and trams and had great staff
Pros:

The location was convenient - walking distance from Amsterdam Central Station and located near tram stops. The quiet room was small but comfortable and had a nice bathroom. Staff were very accommodating and I was able to store my luggage before and after checkin and checkout. I appreciated the nearby grocery store with excellent pastries and cheese.

Cons:

The bed was ok but not the most comfortable.
