Great central location and friendly staff
Pros:

Location and staff is amazing and friendly. Room was small but very clean.

Cons:

AC has a very unpleasant smell and there are is no protect against mosquitoes on the terrace door so it can be a bit unpleasant for sleeping.

Υπήρχε πρόβλημα με το air condition ing το οποίο δεν λειτουργούσε. Η κυρία στη ρεσεψιον δυστυχώς δεν θυμάμαι το όνομά της προσπάθησε να βρει λύση με πολύ μεγάλο ενδιαφέρον και ευγένεια. Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν γεμάτο. αν και είχα πληρώσει δίκλινο δωμάτιο βρήκε ένα μονόκλινο στο οποίο λειτουργούσε το air condition και δέχτηκα να μετακινηθώ καθώς ήμουν πολύ ταλαιπωρημένος και χρειαζόμουνα έναν καλό και δροσερό ύπνο. Το μονόκλινο δωμάτιο με ικανοποίησε πλήρως όπως και το πολύ καλό πρωινό. Λίγο πριν την αναχώρησή μου ενημερώθηκα με γραπτό μήνυμα ότι έχω αποζημειωθεί πλήρως χωρίς καν να το ζητήσω. Έχετε κερδίσει πλέον έναν πολύ πιστό πελάτη. Δεν έχω λόγια για να ευχαριστήσω το εξαιρετικό προσωπικό σας . Σας ευχαριστώ και πάλι. Να είστε όλοι καλά.

η κουρτίνα στο μπάνιο δεν είναι πολύ βολική και δείχνει λιγο ρετρο σε αντίθεση με τη συνολική εικόνα του ξενοδοχείου.

Friendly helpful staff, super clean and modern in a central location.
Pros:

Reception staff were really helpful and let us check in a little early when our room was ready. They were on hand to help with any queries. From the moment you enter the hotel it is spotlessly clean and the room was very comfortable. Location is very central and very walkable to all the major attractions in Thessaloniki.
