Nice quiet hotel in a great location to go to the beach
Pros:

The hotel is very cozy, despite being a rather large hotel, it retains the "home" feeling, thanks both to the way the common spaces are conceived and the friendliness of the staff. The location is great, basically between the beaches of Le Mourillon (more traditional) and of La Mitre (a bit more on the wild side, but really impressive). Just round the corner there is a bus stop taking you to the port, from where you can reach other beaches by boat (ex. Les Sablettes).
The breakfast is richer than it appears at first glance, with a large choice.
The possibility to have fresh drinking water anytime of the day and some snacks is also really appreciated.
The room was comfy. We had asked for twin beds if possible, and they said they would keep it in mind. At arrival we were told that we would have a king bed... it was actually two beds put together, we asked to split them again and it was done that same afternoon after we left the room (which was ready way before check-in time, which we also appreciated a lot).

Cons:

Nothing, we enjoyed our stay a lot. My friend was a bit disappointed from the size of the gym, but other than that everything was great.

Klima funktionierte nicht. An Schlaf war nicht zu denken! Profit vor Wohlergehen der Gäste.
Pros:

Personal an der Rezeption war freundlich.

Cons:

Klimaanlage kühlte nicht (richtig). Bei der Reklamation wurde uns gesagt, dies sei normal und auf die heissen Temperaturen zurückzuführen. Uns wurde lediglich ein Ventilator angeboten, was natürlich keine Kühlung bringt. Komischerweise konnte der Lobbybereich gut gekühlt werden. Ich gehe davon aus, dass die Klimaanlagen in den Zimmern künstlich reduziert sind, um den Stromverbrauch / Kosten tief zu halten. Gerade in den Familienzimmern reicht dies natürlich nicht aus. Tagsüber hatten immer 26 Grad plus und in der Nacht nie unter 24 Grad. Dies konnten wir mit Fotos auch belegen. Leider wurde uns nur gesagt, dass wir uns ein anderes Hotel suchen sollen und sie keinen Techniker aufbieten würden. Somit war an Erholung und guten Schlaf nicht zu denken! In der Hochsaison fanden wir natürlich, auf die Schnelle, kein Hotel in der Region für eine Familie mit zwei Kindern und Hund. Auch auf eine Reduktion des Preises wurde vom Hotel nicht eingegangen, was in meinen Augen eine Frechheit ist, da sie ihr Hotel mit Klimaanlagen bewerben! Auch Booking versuchte zu vermitteln, aber das Hotel blieb stur. Der Profit steht definitiv über dem Wohlergehen der Gäste.
Wir können das Hotel somit in der warmen Jahreszeit DEFINITIV nicht weiterempfehlen!
