Pros:

We really enjoyed the stay at the hotel. The family who owns the hotel are fantastic. They also were collaborating with my husband for a surprise as it was my birthday and was very nice from their part.
The location was perfect.

Cons:

I would suggest to have slippers in the room.

A wonderful place to stay in the middle of old Volterra.
Pros:

Daniel and his family and staff were very attentive to all of my needs. They always greeted me by name and went out of their way to help. My room was comfortable with a good A/C system. Excellent breakfast layout with various breads and rolls, meats and cheeses, fruit salads, sweets, juices and waters and espresso bar. The hotel is right in the middle of town and has a garden restaurant off the 2nd floor.

Cons:

The only complaint would be the stair climb to the room, especially after a long day of climbing hills exploring Volterra.

Pros:

The room and bathroom were bigger than expected, very comfortable and room temperature very comfortable. The location inside the pedestrian old sector of Volterra was central to most attractions. Breakfast was abundant and delicious and the service very attentive. We really enjoyed the rooftop cafe accessible through the hotel.

Our stay was absolutely incredible. Daniele and Paola were so lovely, very accommodating and just made the entire stay really pleasant. I would recommend the hotel to anyone traveling for personal or work purposes, they really go out of their way to make your stay excellent.

Cons:

If I had to pick just one thing, I would say the lighting in the restaurant space and the breakfast could be a little bit better. The bread wasn't very fresh but I also have some dietary restrictions so I'm used to not have too many options. Some more protein options would have been great. But again, the staff was so friendly and they learned our morning tea order and had it ready when we came down.

Es lohnt sich wenn man nach Voltera kommt dort zu nächtigen.
Pros:

Ein absolut lienswürdiges Hotel mitten in der Altstadt. Man wird sehr nett und zuvorkommend aufgenommen. Ich glaube liebenswürdigere und hilfsbereite Hoteliers findet man selten. Das Haus ist aus dem Mittelalter und hat deswegen vielleicht kleinere Macken die aber wirklich nicht stören.
Ich kann die Albergo Etruria nur empfehlen

L'hotel ha uno stile personalizzato, che incanta per le soluzioni e le decorazioni originali attuate dai proprietari, per non parlare della sua posizione.
Vengono fornite indicazioni più che adeguate agli ospiti su Volterra e le principali attrattive.
La colazione è varia, abbondante, molto buona e attenta alle diverse esigenze alimentari (allergie e intolleranze).
