Nádherný rodinný hotel přímo v historickém centru Volterry. Pokoj byl čistý, pohodlný a dobře vybavený, snídaně bohatá a chutná, personál mimořádně přátelský a ochotný.

Cons:

U snídaně chyběly skleničky, k dispozici byly pouze jednorázové papírové kelímky.

La struttura è bellissima, in stile shabby, atmosfera colorata e calda, ha una posizione invidiabile, al centro di Volterra, a pochi minuti da tutte le principali attrazioni, locali, negozi e vicinissima ad un grande parcheggio a piani. l’albergo Etruria è PULITISSIMO, il profumo fresco di igiene è in ogni angolo della struttura. Il personale è ECCEZIONALE, offre un’accoglienza calorosa, educata, questo albergo è gestito da persone meravigliose, che palpabilmente amano il loro lavoro e il contatto con il pubblico, tra l’altro ci ha lasciato a bocca aperta la disponibilità e la precisione nel darci informazioni interessantissime su Volterra e i suoi siti d’interesse. La colazione è abbondante, molto molto varia e genuina. È stata la seconda volta per me in questa struttura e non sarà di certo l’ultima . Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente.

Pros:

Struttura nel pieno centro storico, molto curata, pulita e particolare nel suo arredamento, ti fa sentire a casa. Si vede che la gestione e' attenta al cliente con tante piccole premure, dal necessario per la tisana in stanza alla sempre pronta disponibilita' di tutto il personale.

We really enjoyed the stay at the hotel. The family who owns the hotel are fantastic. They also were collaborating with my husband for a surprise as it was my birthday and was very nice from their part.
The location was perfect.

A wonderful place to stay in the middle of old Volterra.
Pros:

Daniel and his family and staff were very attentive to all of my needs. They always greeted me by name and went out of their way to help. My room was comfortable with a good A/C system. Excellent breakfast layout with various breads and rolls, meats and cheeses, fruit salads, sweets, juices and waters and espresso bar. The hotel is right in the middle of town and has a garden restaurant off the 2nd floor.

Cons:

The only complaint would be the stair climb to the room, especially after a long day of climbing hills exploring Volterra.
