Sehr herzliche und kompetente Gastgeber. Jederzeit wieder.
Pros:

Wir bekamen ein reichhaltiges Frühstück und dies als Buffet. Das Zimmer und das ganze Albergo wurden mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Wir waren mitten im Zentrum, trotzdem war es sehr ruhig.

Es gibt nichts zu verbessern.

Absolutamente recomendable
Pros:

Cualquier cosa que diga se va a quedar corta. El sitio acompaña al descanso. A soñar despierto. Los anfitriones son un 10 en amabilidad y con una energía tan mágica como lo es el lugar.
Un desayuno fantástico. La decoración es preciosa. Las camas súper cómodas y todo limpísimo . Me habría quedado allí meses porque nunca me había sentido tan bien en un hotel.

Pros:

清潔、静寂、快適で気持ちよく過ごせました。
宿のみなさんはとても親切で、朝御飯も十分満足できるもの。
旧市街の中心にあり、観光に便利。バス停からも近く位置的にも最高。加えて中世の街の雰囲気がとても良く味わえます。
ホテルの建物自体も実に趣があって、滞在はとても楽しい。
是非またお世話になりたい

まず今後宿泊される方へのアドバイスを
歴史的な建造物の中にありますのでエレベーターはなく、廊下は長い上に段差がたくさんあります。また街中も石畳のうえ段差が多い。訪問する場合、スーツケースは大都市のホテルに置いて、バックパックなどで身軽に来るのが良いかと。
また良くないというほどではないですが、以下の2点を改善されると本当に申し分無しだと思います。1)出来れば冷蔵庫は置いて欲しい。2)セイフティボックスはタブレット端末が入る大きさでデジタル式のものがあるとありがたい。

Eine unvergessliche entspannte Zeit in Volterra
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, mit viel Charme. Familiär geführt. Paula und Daniele kümmern sehr um ihre Gäste. Die Dachterrasse ist ein Juwel, sowie perfekte Lage die wunderschöne Volterra zu erkunden . Ich komme wieder!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Hotel Albergo Etruria sehr genossen. Tolles Frühstück, top Dachterrasse!
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Altstadt von Volterra, Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer, zwei Schlafräume und ein Bad, das war perfekt für uns zu viert. Sehr schön ist auch die Dachterrasse mit einem tollen Blick über die Stadt. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und sehr liebevoll angerichtet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und herzlich.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

La struttura si trova in pieno centro, in una posizione ottima e circondata da tanti negozi e ristoranti.
La camera accogliente e curata con bollitore a disposizione per una tisana serale. All'ultimo piano si può accedere ad una terrazza con bar per aperitivo e vista sulla città. Non c'è ascensore ma il personale si occupa del trasporto bagagli fino alla camera. Consiglio vivamente il parcheggio a pagamento, poiché quello gratuito è vicino ma bisogna salire più di duecento scalini, e con un bagaglio anche leggero, è un'impresa.
Colazione abbondante con scelta varia tra dolce e salato.

Nicest family hoteliers!
Pros:

Everyone was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was wonderful, with so many healthy choices. Daniele helped line up our transportation and we had a great driver who was very kind and thoughtful.

Cons:

We were so sorry the rooftop was too cold for enjoyment. What a lovely space!

Breakfast is exceptional! Variety and quality. The staff is welcoming and friendly. Good communication throughout the booking and before arrival. Good location with free parking nearby but over 200 steps if you don't mind the exercise.
