Von Anfang bis Ende unkompliziert sehr nett und TOP!
Die Lage ist super, das Zimmer bzw. das gesamte Haus ist liebevoll und freundlich, vor allem aber sauber und ordentlich. Ordentliche Einrichtung, nett gestaltet mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten. (Opti-Kamin, Spa-Bereich, Skikeller, SB-Lounge).
Das Frühstück ist ebenso ansprechend, ausreichend in der Auswahl und vor allem mit Hirn angeboten. Kein Überladen der Lebensmittel aber prompt aufgefüllt.
Jeder Kontakt, ob persönlich oder per Telefon war freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Nix zu mosern, einfach nur empfehlenswert.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, unkomplizierter Check-in mit Schlüssel Safe,Frühstück perfekt, Personal sehr freundlich, und dieses Preis-Leistungsverhältnis finde ich sehr gut und angemessen günstig!

Cons:

Wasser im 2.Stock dauert sehr lange bis es warm wird.

Die Wassertemperatur im Bad war zu gering.Wurde auch von vielen angesprochen.
Saunazeiten wären für Familien und Paare sowie Einzelpersonen zu emofehlen,da sehr gut Hotel belegt.2Frühstückszeiten oder längere Zeit wäre zweckmässiger.

Das war ein außergewöhnlicher Aufenthalt, der Empfang war schon das beste. Diese Herzlichkeit war sowas von überraschend. Also das beste was wir seit langem erlebt haben.
