Pros:

Fantastisk hotel i midten af byen. Meget venligt personale fra rengøring til tjenere. Alt er inden for gå afstand og der er mulighed for privat parkering 250 meter fra hotellet. Virker perfekt både for sommer og vinter da hotellet ligger 100 meter fra skilift.

Die Unterkunft war mitten im Zentrum daher waren alle Lokale, Shops und Seilbahnen sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Schwimmbad über den Dächern von Mayrhofen war besonders schön! Das Frühstück war vielfältig und sehr gut. Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist, dass die Saunen und das Schwimmbad erst ab 15 Uhr nur bis 20 Uhr geöffnet sind und nicht den ganzen Tag bis 22 Uhr.

Location was great, sound proofing to the street was non existent you could even hear normal conversations on the street 2 floors below. The WiFi was terrible even after asking twice about it. Breakfast was adequate , restaurant meals were very good and entertainer was excellent.
We asked for sheets for the bed for the first few nights and they were removed each morning, they then realised to leave them.
We paid €1000 extra for the week than what was available when we checked it out, we questioned why this was and we’re told it’s because we booked with Hotel.Com / Expedia. The leisure centre was excellent which made up for the shortcomings

Ett mycket bra hotell med bra service. I receptionen stod en kille som talade svenska - vilket var trevligt:) Killen var väldigt hjälpsammast höll en servicenivå långt över det vanliga. Parkeringen som ingick i boendet låg 100 meter från hotellet. Frukost i vårt boende ingick, men vi lämnade hotellet redan 06.00, så därför åt vi aldrig där. Överst på hotellet låg deras spa som innehöll bastu, inomhus/utomhus pool och en bubbelpool utomhus. Där fanns även ett gym. Detta var ett trevligt hotell som låg mitt i centrum.
