Cons:

In meinem Zimmer hat es so stark nach Rauch gestunken, dass man dort nicht schlafen konnte. Es waren mehrere Brandlöcher im Teppich (augenscheinlich von Zigaretten). Nach mehrfachem versuch das Zimmer zu wechseln musste ich schlussendlich in dem Zimmer bleiben. Als "Entgegenkommen wurde mir ein Rabatt von 100,- Euro angeboten, was im Verhältnis zu dem Zustand des Zimmers und dem mehrfachen dialog dazu wirklich nicht ausgereicht hat. Ehrlicherweise hätte ich das Zimmer nicht einmal umsonst genommen. Eine sehr entäuschende Erfahrung.

service was a bit confusing: messages about free lifts to schmittenhohe/summer card during winter, bringing check in the bar before we finished,
shower temperature changing

but the rest was very nice

A great hotel with fantastic facilities and breathtaking mountain views.
Pros:

The hotel and facilities are excellent. They have gone all out with the spa provision on site and the massage therapists were lovely and made you feel very comfortable. We asked to be moved to a room with a view and the team were very happy to accommodate our request, moving us immediately to the same room in a different part of the building at no extra cost.

Cons:

We found the breakfast to be rather expensive and so we chose to eat at a lovely little bakery just down the road for half the price.

Sehr gute Ausstattung für einen entspannten Aufenthalt als Familie. Alles super in Schuss mit einem sehr gut gepflegten Poolbereich. Highlight war auch das Essen!
