A great hotel with fantastic facilities and breathtaking mountain views.
Pros:

The hotel and facilities are excellent. They have gone all out with the spa provision on site and the massage therapists were lovely and made you feel very comfortable. We asked to be moved to a room with a view and the team were very happy to accommodate our request, moving us immediately to the same room in a different part of the building at no extra cost.

Cons:

We found the breakfast to be rather expensive and so we chose to eat at a lovely little bakery just down the road for half the price.

Pros:

Sehr gute Ausstattung für einen entspannten Aufenthalt als Familie. Alles super in Schuss mit einem sehr gut gepflegten Poolbereich. Highlight war auch das Essen!

Cons:

Die Hauptspeisen waren teilweise ,verglichen mit den letzten Jahren , nicht so gut. Die Kürbissuppe war nicht genießbar.

Everything was great, Highly recommended for family holidays. Just the staff needs to be little kind
Pros:

The property is very friendly for kinds and my 2 years old kid loved it. Specially the pool and feeding the animals was his highlight. Silvia the animal keeper is a Gem. Best person we every met.

Cons:

The staff is in competent and not very friendly, the girls on the front desk were not very kind and attentive.

Zajtrk je bil okusen, velika izbira različne hrane.
Do centra mesta 10-15 min pes, s kolesom 5 min. Avtobus stoji pred hotelom. Do jezera 5 min hoje
