Pros:

The Cleaning Lady who was very nice with a kind smile. Hopefully I was able to brighten her day as she did mine :)

Cons:

It wasnt very clean and the blankets had a few defects (holes, scuff marks and tears).

Antes do horário de check-out tinha gente chamando no quarto para sair. Achei isso um absurdo. Valor bem alto para o que oferece. Não tem frigobar.

The location was good, near of restaurants and metro station. Also the staff were friendly.

No lifts, the noise coming from sreet, and the heater was broken.

Gut und gerne wieder!
Pros:

Gute Lage vom Bahnhof, aber auch in die Stadt. Das Zimmer hat eine gute Größe um dort zu übernachten, ist schön hell.

Cons:

Leider gab es keinen Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer, um sich Tee oder Instantkaffee zu machen.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Zurich. The hotel is very cozy, clean, and has a lovely atmosphere. The staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed.

My room was comfortable, well-maintained, and very clean. I especially appreciated the calm and relaxing environment after a day of exploring the city.

The location is also very convenient, making it easy to reach many places around Luxembourg. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I would happily stay here again. Highly recommended! ✨
