Pros:

Bon emplacement à côté de la gare. Chambre très propre. Literie très confortable bien que couette un peu légère en hiver.
Des volets roulants font qu'on peut dormir entièrement dans le noir
Cela fait deux fois que je m'y rends, j'y retournerai volontiers.
Accueil agréable.

Le emplacement avec bien qualité pour le prix.
Pros:

Moien, je préfère le emplacement, cet emplacement est à côté de a gare de station et autres activités dans centre ville.

Cons:

J'ai peu de problème avec la porte de chambre.

Groso modo , minunat!!!
Pros:

Amplasare in apropierea garii, a statiilor de tramvai si autobuz, la 3 statii de tramvai de centrul orasului, avantajul transportului gratuit.

Cons:

Lipsa ascensorului….fiind necesar pentru transportul valizei…

La réceptionniste est aussi la serveuse du bar. Beaucoup de delais pour le check in et le check out qui se font via une fenêtre communicante avec le bar.
L'une des rue de Luxembourg les plus bruyantes (même depuis la chambre) et dangereuse. Avec plesieurs dealers.
Aucun chauffage dans la salle de bain, très froide l'hiver.
Pas d'ascenseur pour une chambre au 5ème étage.
Enfin j'attends la facture depuis le 17 décembre ( plus d'un mois) et toujours pas reçue malgré plusieurs relances.

Be ready to sleep very poorly for the cheap price.
Pros:

Good value for money, close to the train station. Rooms were much cleaner than expected and with no strong cigarette smell.

Cons:

Sketchy location, would not recommend for solo travellers. Incredibly loud street and room-shaking music until 2am. No additional amenities in room (microwave, fridge, etc.). Some of the worst sleep I’ve have in a long time.

Locked Out Overnight

When we returned to the hotel at approximately 1:00 a.m., we were unable to enter the building. The code provided via Booking.com did not work, and the correct access code had only been given to us on a piece of paper, which we unfortunately lost while out.

Because there was no one at reception, and no emergency contact number available, we had no way of re-entering the hotel until 6:00 a.m., when reception opened. This meant we spent five hours outside, with no access to our belongings, no support, and no safe place to stay. For a paid hotel booking, this level of inaccessibility and lack of basic support is completely unacceptable.


Miscommunication and Intimidation from Staff

When we finally got back in, we politely requested a later checkout due to the sleepless night. The receptionist on the phone confirmed we could check out at 1:00 p.m.. However:
• At 10:30 a.m., a cleaner woke us and said we needed to leave by 11:00.
• I explained we’d been granted a 1:00 p.m. checkout, and we returned to sleep.
• Then at 11:30 a.m., a different staff member (the same receptionist) came up and insisted we had to leave by 12:00 p.m., contradicting what she told us earlier.
• When I calmly explained that we had been told we could stay until 1:00 p.m., she threatened to call the police and charge us for an extra night.

This aggressive escalation was deeply upsetting, especially after the ordeal of the night before. We left by 12:00 as instructed, but the experience was unnecessarily stressful and hostile.

Request for Resolution

Given the circumstances — being locked out overnight with no emergency access, followed by inconsistent and threatening staff behaviour — we are requesting a refund for the night of June 12.

We are happy to provide further details if needed, but we would appreciate a timely response and resolution.
