Location, facilities and staff, spotless. Coffee toxic!
Pros:

Firstly, it’s in the heart of the city and it makes a city visit a blast!
Located in Dorcol you can reach any location in walking distance.
The staff was super friendly, professional and fast, Jelena helped me to organize the evening program and where to buy a good present for my friends at short notice.
Such employees make the real difference, can’t thank her enough.
Breakfast was a delight too.

Cons:

There is just two things I did not like:
The coffee machine in the breakfast area prepares the worst coffee on the planet, not sure how this is possible so bad!

The second topic I did not like is, that I only have one night in Belgrade, would love to stay for the whole weekend!
But please, change the coffee!

Pros:

Staff were really friendly, breakfast was very good and location was perfect

Cons:

Only problem was that the room was 24 degrees and there was no option to cool the room, apart from opening the windows, which meant noise from outside was unbearable. Apart from that, the hotel and staff were faultless

Pros:

Great location, very comfortable rooms and pleasant staff

Cons:

There was almost no warm water at night, maybe because we were at the 8th floor
