Pros:

First of all, I would like to thank Mr. Milos at the reception desk for giving us our room early on our first day and for the other assistance he provided. The hotel's location is also excellent; you can walk everywhere. The breakfast was quite sufficient, and we were very pleased with it. The rooms were clean and adequately equipped. I would recommend it to everyone.

Riktigt ohövlig person i receptionen!

Läge är bra!

Cons:

Vi kom sent på natten. Mannen som satt i receptionen var riktigt otrevlig – utan att ens säga hej bad han bara om våra pass. Min fråga om att få ett så tyst rum som möjligt ignorerades och enligt honom fanns det bara ett rum kvar samtidigt som en stor skolgrupp förde mycket oväsen. Jag kan förstå att det bara fanns ett rum kvar men attityden hos personen i receptionen var oacceptabel.
Att komma till ett fyrstjärnigt hotell klockan ett på natten och vilja vila upp sig kan man alltså glömma. Bara irritation och ett mycket ohövligt bemötande.
Frukosten är riktigt dålig för ett fyrstjärnigt hotell och kaffemaskinen behöver bytas ut. Hotellet är inte värt pengarna och lever definitivt inte upp till en fyrstjärnig standard. Det var en stark urinlukt i badrummet.

Добавьте в завтраки блинчики и творог, хотя бы через день.
Pros:

Были в апреле (23-29). Отель находится близко ко всем интересным объектам. Скадарская улица - где много аутентичных кафе в 10 минутах пешком, улица с сувенирами и магазинами (книги, Zara, H&M, аптеки) рядом.
Завтраки приличные, но однообразные. Кофе порошковое из автомата.
Постель меняли каждый день, все косметические принадлежности были (щетки зубные, гель, ополаскиватель). Матрас мягкий, но удобный. Халат и тапочки +, при выходе из отеля небольшой продуктовый - удобно, питьевой воды бесплатной в отеле нет.

Cons:

Как и везде в Сербии запах табака в отеле присутствует. Я никогда не обращала внимание в отзывах про слышимость, тут просто как будто без двери спишь. Мы жили в 4-х номерах, некоторые очень маленькие, не развернуться.

Нам без доплаты дали поздний выезд. Хотя плановый выезд в 9:00 утра это конечно очень не удобно(

Pros:

The hotel in the heart of the charming old Belgrade, 5 minutes walk from the castle and the zoo, with numerous shops and cafes around.
The room is quite spacious, with good set of toiletries, nice bed and great view over the old rooftops.
Breakfast was ok.
Special thanks to the friendly staff for their warm welcome and help

Cons:

Two things- there is no ramp at the entrance and though there are only two steps to make to enter the hotel, when your luggage is numerous and quite heavy, it might be a little downside.
Another thing just seemed strange to me - it’s quite difficult to find plain black tea in Serbia, there was none in the room either, only berry flavoured which was ok though

Pros:

- Расположение в историческом центре города;
- Очень приветливый персонал, во всем идёт навстречу. Нам бесплатно предложили раннее заселение, так как номер уже был свободен;
- В номере ждали снеки, вода, полный комплект косметических принадлежностей
- В целом номер приятный: матрас хороший, чисто, всего хватает

Cons:

- Ремонт в номере немного подуставший;
- В стоимость проживания сразу сходит завтрак, но он того не стоит. Мне было бы приятнее получить номер без завтрака, но дешевле
