Great location. The hotel itself is kind of dated and has no lift… but overall a good place to stay for a few nights.

Fiyat kalite performansı çok kötü. Bu fiyata çok daha iyi otellerde kalmıştık. Kahvaltı kötü, açık büfe değil. Seçenekler çok sınırlı. Çay yada kahveden birini tercih etmek zorundasın. Tek iyi yönü merkezi konumu.

Något slitet o lyhört pga nattlivet i närheten. Men otroligt centralt och tillgänglig personal/service 24/7. Väldigt trevlig frukost servitör och fräsch/tillagad frukost.

I really appreciate the manager's attention in quickly resolving the problem with my reservation. I am 100% very satisfied with the pre-stay service and we are looking forward to be there next week and I am sure that our stay will be amazing.

Keep out of reaching with a suitcase - it is a Stone Road so No posdibility to move a suitcase with whells on

And Take care the rooms are just next to a live music restaurant - so Music All night Long - oretty noise … No sleep

Das Hotel liegt in einer Seitengasse in der Altstadt von Belgrad, ist dadurch gut mit dem ÖPNV erreichbar.
Der Zustand des Hotels ist sehr gut und auf dem Zimmer fehlt nichts, selbst eine kleine MiniBar gibt es. Auch das Frühstück ist inklusive, man darf von allen Gerichten auf der Karte zwei aussuchen.

Einziger negativer Punkt ist die Lautstärke. Durch die Klimageneratoren ist es -selbst bei geschlossenen Fenster- sehr laut auf dem Zimmer gewesen. Hinzu kommt, dass im angrenzenden Restaurant bis spät in die Nacht Musikauftritte sind.

Alles in allem würde ich das Hotel wieder wählen.

Litt uvant å ikke ha frokost buffet. Man kan velge to opsjoner. Dersom man er er par, så kan man evtl bestille flere ting og så dele, men det tar minst ett frokost å finne ut av ting. Servitøren/kellneren vi hadde de første dagene, var topp! Og han forklarte at vi kunne bestille mer, da bare betale ekstra. Han som jobbet under frokosten søndagen ved avreise var dog det mest uhøflige menneske jeg noensinne har sett jobbe i et rent serviceyrke. Han var tydelig oppgitt når vi faktisk nå ønsket å betale for 1 opsjon ekstra, så sier han i meget oppgitt tone at det kun er mulig med 2, jeg prøver å si at kelneren hadde forklart oss at vi kan betale ekstra, så sukker han og himler med øyne og går!!! Han kommer så tilbake, vi velger to opsjoner og sier «siden dette er mer enkelt for dere», han snur seg uten et videre ord og vi ventet såpass lenge på servering at vi ikke var sikre på at han faktisk gjorde noe med vår bestilling. Helt ufattelig. Resten av hotellets ansatte var ubeskrivelig hyggelige (spesielt damen som gjorde innsjekk!!) og det var flott med uteplassen i bakgården.

Tolle Lage! Schwer zu finden in einer Seitengasse. Zimmer und Hotel an sich okay. Frühstück war sehr gut a la carte. Und war es insgesamt etwas zu laut in der Umgebung.

This hotel is quirky and in a fantastic location. The rooms were very clean. The staff, especially the restaurant manager are great. I did not catch his name, but the restaurant manager at breakfast everyday was phenomenal. Very friendly, and remembered what we liked every morning. Location is a bit disguised when looking for it the first time. The hotel is in a VERY noisy part of town. There are local musicians and locals singing. Heard them after midnight. NOT a fault of the hotel, but bring ear plugs. AC worked great, and breakfast was ordered off a menu with lots of options if you are gluten or lactose free. I would stay here again.

Lovely hotel in the center of town, with a reception open 24/7. clean and comfortable rooms, there is WiFi, air conditioning, a mini fridge and a hairdryer. The position is excellent, everything is at walking distance. Rooms are on two floors but keep in mind there is no elevator. Breakfast is served a la carte but there are many options.
I highly recommend staying here during your visit of Belgrade!

I was there for a one-week business trip. The local organizers of the conference recommended the hotel, which proved to be an optimal choice, indeed. Its location is unique in Belgrade, in the heart of the old town - now the bohemian district - which has a very special, cosy atmosphere. Though the hotel is in a pedestrian area, it has a garage that can be approached from the rear side of the block. The rooms are comfortable and clean, equipped with all things you need. The staff is very kind, the breakfast is tasty and plentiful - from an a-la-carte menu. Gagi, serving the breakfast, is super polite and helpful. When I return to Belgrade, I certainly come back here.

The quiet location, impeccable cleaning and outstanding service made us stay three more nights. The breakfast is very good!

Parking was an absolute nightmare. After a four drive we arrived and attempted to follow the quirky instructions for parking our car. The hotel parking is situated within a separate private open air car park - right at the very end of it. Their idea is that you should park your car outside of this huge private car park, go looking for the hotel reception, obtain a car park entry ticket for the car park (barrier) and then return to your car, enter the private car park, drive to the far end, locate their car park and the access it. IT DOESN’T WORK! When there is zero parking anywhere near the private car park or the hotel. You are smack in the city centre of BELGRADE!!! And the hotel is located within a pedestrianised area. Forget their picture posted on booking.com, that implies that parking nearby is easy - it was impossible. We pulled off the very busy main road, after going around and around three times (major stress) only to have cars appear behind us by the entrance to the car park. We had no choice but to take a ticket. We drove to the far end, spotted the tiny sign for The Petit Piaf Hotel, pressed the buzzer and the shutter opened revealing a massive parking vault. We parked our car unloaded all our luggage, hiked up the outdoor metal stairs, meandered through some cobbled passageway and eventually found reception feeling somewhat elated that we had survived the nightmare. When we mentioned that we had parked our car in the car park, we were instructed to remove it. We had to remove the car from their car park, drive through the other car park, exit the barrier manoeuvre adjacent to a very busy road, use their car park entry ticket and re-park our car in their hotel parking bay. There was no way of circumventing this ridiculous situation, none. The location of the hotel was excellent, the room was big, but the bathroom tiny. I mean really tiny less than one sq. meter to dance around the shower, sink and toilet lol. And the bathroom door opens into that less than one square meter of space. But worse of all, THE NOISE! at night. I hardly slept. The only relative quiet came after 4.15am - I know this because I was awake. Forget the ambiguous comments on other reviews, their windows are inadequate to surpress the laughter, loud music, cheering, singing etc etc. Don’t get me wrong if you are there to get lashed and party until 4.00am (ish) return to your room and hit the bed, no doubt you’d have a great nights sleep. For anybody else, I’d say forget it. To recap, archaic, totally inconvenient parking. Tiny bathroom. Good bedroom. Poor sound exclusion (little sleep). Great location and wonderful city. The free breakfast? We honestly could not wait to get out of this hotel, so we simply left on empty bellies. Never again, unless I’m invited on a rowdy stag do, without a car and it’s booked by somebody else!

We booked 2 double rooms for two nights. The people on reception were all to eager to help, with great English as well. The rooms were on the small size but very clean and comfortable. I do not really have any negative comments at all about this hotel and the location is outstanding with lots of restaurants and bars within 20 meters. I will like to finish off be congratulating the hotel on their excellent breakfast manager. I am sorry we didn't get his name but, he was such a nice person and very professional indeed. I would give him a 10 out of 10 every-time.

We stayed for 3 nights over a long weekend whilst attending an event in Belgrade.
The staff were super friendly and helpful in every way. The rooms and corridors are dated but clean and functional with everything we needed and the bed was so comfortable!
Breakfast was really good and included in our room rate.
The hotel is in a perfect spot, right by lovely restaurants and cafes in a cobbled pedestrianised street and a very short walk to the central square and shops and fortress in Belgrade.
If we visit Belgrade again we will come back to this hotel for sure - it was great value for money for the price we paid.

This hotel has the best location if you want to have fun and to explore the old Belgrade. For us - the greatest advantage was the own parking place! The breakfast is very good, polite and nice, friendly staff. No complains at all.

There are only two great things about this hotel: First is that it’s situated right on the pedestrian area, very close to the city center. And the second is that they employ very frendly staff.
On the other hand, I got an extremelly small superior room with an minuscule bathroom with no place for keeping the toothpaste and deo bag. I had to put it in the room. There is no temperature adjustment system in the room meaning. I put the air conditioning on 30 degrees, let it for two hours with no effect. The pillows are very big and uncorfortable, made out of old fashioned, cheap sponge. The matress is the same with humps allover. Breakfast good, but it is a la carte and starts at 7:00, bringing another 15 minutes delay to your start of the day. No DND sign to put on the door - meaning I was waken up after a full night work when trying to take a nap. If you choose to stay over the weekend and would like to sleep, forget about it! They have some local parties with loud music until 1am. Definitely no 4 stars hotel (maximum 3). Accommodation cost is similar to Radisson.
