Świetna lokalizacja, super pomocny personel, pokój z widokiem na morze świetny! Hotel ma swój parking, dobre śniadanie w cenie.
Budynek przy samym morzu nie dla osób z kłopotami z poruszaniem się- dużo schodów. Nam to kompletnie nie przeszkadzało, ale warto wiedzieć.
I really liked my stay at Hotel Villa Nova in Neum. The location was very central, making it easy to get around and enjoy the town. One of the highlights was the amazing swimming hub that’s available exclusively for hotel guests — it made the stay feel extra special. The breakfast was decent and satisfying, and I really enjoyed the nice view from the balcony, which added a relaxing touch to the experience.
There were a few aspects of my stay at Hotel Villa Nova that I didn’t enjoy. The on-site parking was extremely tight, and on one occasion we were boxed in by another car. Since the staff couldn’t locate the owner, we ended up having to crawl in through the trunk just to reach the driver’s seat, which was very inconvenient. Another issue was the inconsistency in the rooms — I booked with a friend, and while my room was fine, his was severely outdated and old, despite us both paying the same price. Lastly, while the staff were cordial to my Balkan friend, their attitude toward me as an English speaker unfortunately felt hostile, which made parts of the experience uncomfortable.
Hotellet kan godt anbefales! Det var en rimelig god morgenmad, servicen var super omkring morgenmaden og generelt var personalet professionelle og venlige! Værelset var med lækker udsigt og nemt tilgængeligt. Bilen var parkeret i p-kælderen, som var låst, hvilket var trygt. Der var rengøring hver dag, hvis man ønskede det. Poolen var skøn at bruge, og vandet var rimelig ok temperatur.
Generelt set var vi meget tilfredse med hotellet.
Parkeringen kostede 10 euro per dag, det var ret dyrt. Kan se på andre anmeldelser, at det er steget. Der gik lang tid fra man tændte for det varme vand, til der kom varmt vand. Ville klart anbefale, at de investerede i nye brusekabiner, da nuværende er utætte. Køleskabet på værelset virkede ikke på trods af forsøg på forskellige indstillinger. Ift. poolen kunne de overveje at udvide den lille pool, så den er lidt mere spændende for de små (vi rejste med en 2-årig), da nuværende lille pool blot er cirka 1,5 m x 1,5 m stor. Vi havde desuden anmodet om en børneseng - vi fik en ekstra seng ind på værelset, men det var blot en lav ekstra voksenseng, som vores barn ikke kunne sove i, da der ikke var tremmer eller anden beskyttelse.

There are plenty of nicer hotels for similar price which are worth more than this hotel would not recommend at all! We were in a separate hotel across the road away from pool access had to cross road
We loves the hotel in general. The rooms were well equipped, the food was super delicious, the portions were great. The staff was helpful and extraordinarily kind to small children.
We did not know that we should climd a lot of stairs in order to reach the restaurant. It was difficult for our parents.
Soba, pogled, cistoca, hrana (dorucak), osoblje, gazda. Plaza se placa 6€ (sto je i dobro , da se ne bi stvarala guzva) Sledece godine dolazim opet !

Tiefgarage eng und nicht gut organisiert
Sve je bilo super… sobe su ciste, izuzetno ljubazno osoblje, udobni kreveti. Raznovrstan dorucak, tako da svako moze pronaci nesto po svom . Poseban plus je privatna plaza kao i bazen na vrhu hotela gdje se lezaljke ne placaju.
Nedostaci su slab pritisak vode i ceste promjene temperature tokom tusiranja. Na plazi se lezaljke dodatno placaju, a iako toalet postoji, nije ga moguce koristiti jer osoblje ne dozvoljava ulazak mokrim gostima – pa se mora ici u sobu, a do nje vodi vise od 70 stepenica. Internet je takodjer los, u sobi ga gotovo nismo imali.

On vacation, the last thing you expect is to be misled by a hotel, yet that’s what happened to us. We paid a premium for a large double room with a balcony and sea view but were given a small sea-view room instead. When we complained, staff rudely told us to choose between the bigger room without a view or the smaller one we got. The phone in our room didn’t work, and we were blamed for raising the issue at 5pm instead of 2pm, even though we had stepped out for lunch right after check-in. Guests shouldn’t have to compare photos to confirm they’re getting what they paid for.
