Pros:

Location is excellent, in the heart of town, with a view over the main square. Room was spacious with a large comfortable bed.

Cons:

Floor was dirty… walking across the bedroom in bare feet, you’d pick up bits of grit and dust (wasn’t from our shoes… we take them off at the door). Shower was tiny… but neither issue really affected our stay… overall hotel was nice, I would happily return.

Alojamiento perfecto en todos los sentidos
Pros:

Su ubicación, las vistas, la insonorización de las habitaciones, el personal, la comodidad...todo. Es un lugar perfecto en todos los sentidos.
Pese a dar las ventanas a la piazza della Cisterna, frente al pozo, donde tocan y cantan músicos, recitan a Dante, etc...en cuanto cierras la doble ventana se hace el silencio más absoluto, es increíble. Pero además, la habitación tiene aire acondicionado.
No hace falta decir que las vistas son espectaculares.
Hay gimnasio y sala de juegos de libre uso, salones...
Habitación espaciosa y confortable. Cama cómoda con diversas almohadas para poder elegir la que mejor te vaya.
El desayuno va incluido en el precio. Vale la pena. Se sirve en un comedor con terraza. Desayunamos todos los días en la terraza.
El personal fue muy agradable, sin excepción.
Sin dudarlo, es un alojamiento totalmente recomendable.

Excellent accommodation in a fantastic location in San Gimignano.
Pros:

Beautiful, modernized accommodation in a wonderful historic building and fantastic location. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet.

Cons:

The bathroom was nicely updated but the water escaped from the partially-enclosed shower and got the bathroom fairly wet. Also the tub was not draining well.

Pros:

I absolutely loved my stay at Leon Bianco. Everything was wonderful, from the fantastic location to the cleanliness and comfort of the room. The staff were also incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better.

I would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend Leon Bianco to anyone visiting San Gimignano.

The location was sensational. The room size was fabulous. We had two handbasins. Staff were incredibly helpful.

Worst personal ! They don’t care of their clients!,

The guys that work there I guess the owners , don’t care at all of their clients , we asked for help to see the trains for Florence it was a Sunday so it was complicated , I trusted him , even reserved a cab with him , what’s our surprise the train didn’t exist on Sunday, I wrote them back for at least we had t9 wait in that miserable train station more than 3 hours for the next train!, , they lied and said the train had been canceled, at the train station they said it never goes on Sundays , wrote them back never answered never nothing , we lost a wine tour we had in Florence .
