Pros:

It’s tucked away at the end of the main drag next to Cisařské Lázně, now a home to the Karlovy Vary Philharmonic, and a short walk to a lovely wooded area, hiking trails, and parks. It’s peaceful and quiet, but not eerie or unsafe.
The hotel truly lives up to its reputation. It has every amenity imaginable—pools, saunas, spa, beauty clinic, gorgeous breakfast area, casino, a famous grand restaurant, a charming cafe, an elegant bar, and much more. The rooms are impressively clean, tidy, roomy, and well-appointed. The staff is attentive, helpful, professional, yet egalitarian.
For me, it was a good value for the price. I’ll definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Tamanho do quarto e do banheiro. Café da manhã variado. Dependências do hotel (salão, bar, lobby, restaurantes, etc)

Cons:

O sabonete e shampoo fornecido no banheiro não era individualizado. Era uma embalagem com refil, igual a usada nos hotéis de 3 estrelas .

Al entrar en el Grand Hotel Pupp se respira una atmósfera mágica que solo tienen los hoteles de 5 estrellas de verdad. Todo está cuidado al detalle — desde los espacios comunes hasta la habitación — con una elegancia que te envuelve desde el primer momento.
La spa fue una experiencia única, todo absolutamente de 10.
El salón del desayuno es simplemente espectacular — histórico, elegante, con una oferta gastronómica casi imposible de mejorar. Desayunar allí es en sí mismo una experiencia.
La concierge fue de una ayuda extraordinaria en la planificación de nuestros días por República Checa, con un trato cercano y muy personalizado que se agradece enormemente

Todo en este hotel es de un nivel extraordinario, por eso me permito compartir una pequeña observación con cariño y con la mejor intención.
El salón del desayuno es uno de los espacios más impresionantes en los que he estado — hermoso, histórico, con una arquitectura y una atmósfera que te transportan al siglo pasado. Desayunar allí es una experiencia en sí misma.
Precisamente por eso, el bar central de ese salón tan especial tiene unas baldas preciosas que por la tarde-noche lucen espectaculares con las botellas de licores bien presentadas — muy coreográficas y elegantes, creando además unos preciosos juegos de luces que añaden aún más magia al ambiente. Sin embargo, por las mañanas, al retirar las botellas, se colocan en su lugar unas plantas de plástico de escasa calidad que, honestamente, desentonan bastante con el nivel y la historia de ese espacio.
Una sugerencia respetuosa: unas orquídeas naturales, o cualquier planta real bien elegida, quedarían infinitamente mejor y estarían a la altura del entorno. Sería el detalle perfecto para que ese salón sea impecable a cualquier hora del día.

Pros:

Classic, beautiful hotel - loved the QR code with all the history of the hotel explained! Superb location. Breakfast is absolutely lush, served in the beautiful restaurant.

Cons:

It is expensive... coffee and (a very small) cake £13... but I considered it as a price to sit in the stunning lobby area, while reading the book :)
