Pros:

Beautiful hotel, clean and comfortable, tasty breakfast, large room.

Cons:

The Forest View room is very dark with a rear view, no balcony, and not much to see. Also, the pool is quite small.

Man muss es erleben.

Grand Hotel Pupp hvis du vil have en dejlig oplevelse
Pros:

Grand Hotel Pupp har en fantastisk beliggenhed med smukke værelser. Vi boede på 4. sal og havde en lille balkon, hvorfra vi havde udsigt til den modsatte ende af byen. Det var en stor fornøjelse at spise i de smukke restauranter.
Personalet var meget venlige og hjælpsomme. Både på hotellet og i spa afdelingen. Dejlig morgenbuffet, og et glas med lidt bobler skader jo ikke.

Cons:

Der var ikke noget vi ikke kunne lide.

Wir kommen definitiv wieder
Pros:

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen.
Das Pupp ist ein wunderschönes Haus.
Das Personal war durchweg hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Frühstücks Buffet hatte von allem etwas. Im Restaurant konnten wir zwischen dem Menü und einzelnen Gerichten auswählen. Sehr guter Wein Service! Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt! Zimmer stilvoll eingerichtet. Zimmermädchen haben ihre Arbeit sehr gut gemacht.

Soovitan hotelli külastada kõigil, kes soovivad luksust mõistliku hinna eest ja täiuslikku puhkust.
Pros:

Hotelli administratsioon tegi kõik, et tunneksime ennast kui VIP-külalised. Auto pargiti, pagas toimetati tuppa ja hiljem toast autosse. Tuba oli väga avar ja kõikide mugavustega (baarikapp oli riidekapi suurune). SPA oli mitmeid võimalusi pakkuv - väike bassein, lamamistoolid, teisel korrusel väliala-lebola koos mineraalveekraaniga (baar oli hetkel suletud). SPA-hoolduste ala. Hotell asus kesklinnas ja hommikusöök oli väga mitmekesine. Voodi ja padi olid väga mugavad.

Cons:

Elektrirataste laenutus oli eraldi tasu eest, mis on OK, aga kahte ratast ei olnud hetkel saadaval.

Ein echtes Grandhotel
Pros:

Ein Grandhotel wie es sein soll. Das Hotel lebt von dem Ambiente und der Atmosphäre. Die ganze Ausstrahlung ist etwas ganz besonderes. Dafür, dass es schon mehrere hundert Jahre existiert, ist es erstaunlich gut ausgestattet. Es gibt sogar einen recht neuen Spa Bereich, der ideal für den kurzen Saunagang vor dem Abend ausreicht. Einen ganzen Wellness Tag sollte man hier aber nicht einplanen. Lieber noch ins Pupp Cafe oder ins Casino gehen.

Vanhan ajan tunnelmaa ja luksusta kohtuuhintaan

Erittäin miellyttävä kokemus. Hotellissa ja huoneessa oli menneen ajan charmia, joka oli kuitenkin päivitetty tähän päivään. Toivottavasti säilyy tulevassa remontoinnissa. Aamupala oli erinomainen ja sali sen nauttimiseen tyylikäs. Erittäin mukava vuode ja tyyny löytynee valikoimasta jokaiselle. Henkilökunta oli palvelualtista ja kohteliasta. Kylpylä ok. Sijainti melko lailla joenvarren päässä hyvä ja rauhallisempi kuin monella muulla. Tyylikäs ja tilava huone.

Cons:

Pientä hiontaa voi aina tehdä. Esimerkiksi pysäköinnin voisi ohjeistaa ja ohjata paremmin etukäteen. Meistä palvelu oli aitoa ja ammattimaista, mutta ehkä joiltain palvelu ei ihan vielä 5 tähden tasolla ole (esim. aamiaisella voisi ohjata suoraan pöytään ja ottaa kahvitilauksen samalla tai puun alle pysäköidystä autosta voisi pyyhkäistä isoimmat roskat ennen sen luovuttamista asiakkaalle).
