Pros:

Riesige Auswahl beim Frühstück. Extra Sonderwünsche nimmt das Personal gern entgegen. Zimmer sehr geräumig und geschmackvoll, aber auch high tech, z.B. aktuelle Rechnungsinfo über TV. Betten und Matratzen Eins A. Hoteltaxi kutschierte uns gratis zum Schwimmen und Saunieren ins Thermal.

Cons:

La piscina del Spa podría tener mas espacio pues siempre estaban llenas las camas. Las piscinas tenían ciclos de funcionamiento (burbujas) automáticos que las hacían poco eficientes para usar entre los huéspedes.

Magnificent stay, you wonder which celebrity stayed in the same room since they opened in 1701 :-)
Pros:

Absolutely fantastic hotel. From the moment yo part till check-in, everything comes naturally and elegant. They have more than 300 years of experience and that shows. Everybody who was anybody in Europe stayed in this hotel at one time. Nowadays it's the celebrities that come for the film festival that make the headlines.
The room had a very high ceiling, equipped with all luxury and was very comfortable. We stayed at the riverside building first floor so we could walk straight in the spa area. Breakfast was copious, very elaborate and all egg disher could be made on demand. Excellent! This hotel is our new standard! :-)

Cons:

The water in the swimming pool could have been a couple degrees warmer. Although, this way the pool was quite empty and we had all the space :-)

Очень хороший завтрак и персонал ресторана и кафе

Cons:

Мы прибыли к заезду 15:00 очень уставшие и нас попросили погулять часик - номер не готов. Бронировали люкс двухкомнатный с ожиданием жить в главном здании и! нас заселяют в здание через реку! Это было очень неудобно: ходить через дорогу и реку на завтрак и в спа.

A dream come true
Pros:

Everything. It was a dream come true. Staying at the Hotel Pupp was the best experience ever. The scent and the music throughout the hotel trigger the senses. The staff was kind and helpful, a special thank you is addressed to two ladies: the concierge of the hotel who was kind enough to give me an interview for my students and the lady accommodating guests at the breakfast area who paid extra attention to customers´ needs. Thank you. The stay at Hotel Pupp is a must experience visit.

Preis ist wohl in Ordnung, wenn man nicht erwartet dass es innen so toll ist wie die Fassade außen

Das Frühstück war gut. Die Frühstückshalle historisch interessant aber ungemütlich.

Cons:

Der Weg zum Schwimmbad führte vom "Parkside"-Teil über 2 Aufzüge, durch zwei Lobbys, über drei Flure und drei Treppen herab. Der Schwimmbadbereich war dunkel und unfreundlich und laut durch seine "bunkerartige" Architektur. Das Becken war ausreichend groß. Der Spabereich war eng. Es waren im Bad- und Spabereich nicht ausreichend Liegen vorhanden. Um lange Wege zu vermeiden sollte man den "Riverside" Teil buchen. Wir wollten die Becherbar besuchen. Haben aber Abstand genommen, weil wir "platziert" werden sollten. Der Spaß, sich ein gemütliche Ecke in der Bar auszusuchen oder Leute an der Bar kennenzulernen, war damit unterbunden.
