Pros:

Ein sehr schönes geschichtströchtiges Hotel an bester Lage, bei dem auch kleine Details zum Tragen kommen. Wunderbares Frühstück, gepflegte Atmosphäre, schönes SPA. Das Essen am Abend war hervorragend.

Cons:

Der Empfang war - gelinde gesagt - etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Dass wir länger warten mussten, war nicht das Problem, aber dass der sehr (am Bildschirm) beschäftigte Mitarbeiter kein Nicken, Lächeln oder keinen kurzen Gruss als Zeichen der Wahrnehmung zustande brachte, war schon etwas irritierend. Hat den Start grad ein bisschen getrübt - alle anderen Mitarbeiter waren aber freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Pros:

Magnificent! Riverside. Super hotel. It is on a side to main town but it is great location. Be aware of parking charges, and no air-conditioning in the room. Spa doesn't use thermal waters from those springs. Our stay was a very smooth ride. You can use all greate facilities if you want. Stuff is very helpful.

Great long weekend
Pros:

Impressive set up. Nicely renovated hotel. Luxurious.

Cons:

Wellness is stuffy, not well ventilated. Small and smelly saunas. Saunas are not on par with 3* hotels in Austria or Italy.
