Cons:

We chose Grandhotel Pupp expecting a level of service that would match the reputation of one of Europe’s most famous five-star hotels. Unfortunately, the reality was completely different.We arrived as a group of friends and booked a luxury suite for three people. From the very first day of our stay, we experienced behavior that could hardly be described as welcoming. Instead of feeling like valued guests, we constantly felt coldness, arrogance, and prejudice from certain members of the staff.What was particularly disturbing was the impression that guests were treated differently depending on their nationality and background. One member of our group was from Hong Kong and also experienced what he felt was disrespectful and dismissive treatment. Throughout our stay, we had the feeling that some guests were considered more worthy of attention and respect than others.After spending time in the spa, we decided to have dinner at the hotel’s restaurant. Despite being hotel guests, dressed according to the dress code, and seeing numerous empty tables available, we were refused service on the grounds that we did not have a reservation. Instead, we were offered seating near the bar area. For a hotel of this caliber, such treatment felt humiliating.Following this incident, we specifically asked the staff whether it was necessary to reserve a table for breakfast. We were clearly told that no reservation was required.However, the next morning we faced another unpleasant situation. When we selected an available table for breakfast, a staff member named Veronika rudely informed us that we were not allowed to sit there because the table had been reserved for the hotel owner. Later, several regular guests were seated at that very table. When we politely asked them whether they were the owners of the hotel, they confirmed that they were not.

كانت مريحه بستثناء أنني اخرج من المبنى المقبل وقطع الجسر للذهاب للموقع الرئيسي للفندق للاستمتاع بالمرافق 💔

حجزت الفندق من موقع بوكنق وعند الحضور تم اعطائي غرفه في مبنا آخر خارج الفندق وتم اشعري بانه لا يمكننا ان تكون بالفندق الرئيسي إلا إذا دفعت قيمه إضافيه ولم يكن موضح ذالك في بوكنق عند الحجز ، هذا ازعجني كثيرا ولاكن كنت تعبنه ومرهقه ولم أجادل . 💔
