Man muss einfach wiederkommen
Pros:

Der Check-In war rasch und unkompliziert, das Rezeptionspersonal spricht fließend mehrere Sprachen. Generell ist das Personal freundlich und kompetent. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist riesig und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Wellnessbereich bietet mehrere Saunen, verschiedenste Anwendungen können zugebucht werden. Permanent wird auf Sauberkeit geachtet. Eine Reklamation wegen üblen Geruchs im Bad wurde rasch durch Angebot eines Zimmertausches erledigt. Das Hotel liegt ideal am Rande der Altstadt, alles ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Cons:

Der Indoorpoolbereich bietet insgesamt nur 16 Liegeplätze und ist für ein Hotel dieser Größe zu klein. Das Wasser war deutlich kühler als angegeben.
