Die perfekte Lage im Herzen von Karlsbad und das wunderschöne Spa runden macht Aufenthalt ideal.
Pros:

Ein echtes Spitzenhotel – beeindruckende Architektur, hervorragender Komfort und ein Team, das jeden Wunsch erfüllt.
Tolles Frühstück mit großer Auswahl und selbst zu Stoßzeiten genügend Platz. Alles wirkt gut organisiert und angenehm entspannt.

Es ist ein wundervolles Hotel und wir können es auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.
Pros:

Zimmer war sehr groß und auch gepflegt, es hat auch Kaffee Kapseln jeden Tag gegeben.
Fernseher ist riesig, aber den haben wir kaum benützt.
Zimmer Service war ausgezeichnet.
Frühstücksbuffet lässt kaum Wünsche offen, vielleicht bei den Brötchen wäre noch Verbesserungspotential (aber das ist schon raunzen auf hohem Niveau).
Sehr gut hat uns auch der Concierge Service gefallen, hier haben wir sehr gute Tipps bekommen.
Insgesamt muss man sagen dass das Personal einfach top ist in diesem Hotel. Für uns trägt es den Namen Grandhotel zurecht.
Wichtig zu erwähnen: wir waren im Teil Flußseite (riverside) da sind alle Hotel Facilities leicht zu erreichen.

Cons:

Eigentlich gibt es nichts zu bemängeln, Wir hätten gerne den blick auf den Fluss gehabt dann wäre es ein noch besseres Zimmer gewesen.

Pros:

Hotel je nádherný, zvolili jsme si ho pro výjimečnou událost. Historické prostory jsou překrásné, všude čisto, voňavo a hraje příjemná hudba. Personál je milý a vstřícný.
Snídaně byla luxusní, obrovský výběr, neustále doplňováno, personál se ochotně o vše postaral. Vyzkoušeli jsme Grandrestaurant, Malou Dvoranu i Café Pupp - luxusní nabídka, nádherně servírovaná a velmi chutná. Využili jsme i bazén a bylinnou koupel dle Franzisky s naprostou spokojeností.
Byl to jeden splněný sen :-)
