Pros:

Poloha, priestranna izba.

Cons:

Ubytovanie je za zenitom. Ubytovani sme boli v lete ked bolo vonku teplo, avsak vnutri v izbe v podkrovi to bola sauna (40 stupnov vnutri a viac).. na nevydrzanie. Ano, mali sme k dispozicii ventilator ale v tom podkrovi to chce klimatizaciu. Naozaj neznesitelne.
Slabe ranajky, a pri upratovani by si mohli dat viac zalezat.

Cons:

Veľký hluk do ranných hodín. Počas dvoch dní hlasná hudba asi do jednej ráno z prevádzky na prízemí. Hluk pokračoval nejakú dobu aj neskoršie pri ktorom sa nedalo spať a to v tom veľkom teple sme ani neotvárali okná.

Świetna lokalizacja jeśli ktoś lubi być w centrum wydarzeń.lokal położony w pięknej kamienicy. W pobliżu winiarnia, restauracje, piwiarnie. Lokal zadbany, jest kuchnia, miejsce dla kilku osób. Polecam od jesieni do wiosny.

Cons:

Brak klimatyzacji. Mieszkanie jest zlokalizowane na strychu. Nie ma zwykłych okien, tylko polaciowe. W pokoju ukrop. Wiatraki tylko mielą nagradzane powietrze z poddasza. Odradzam miejscówkę w sezonie letnim. Piekarnik nie pokój.. w nocy i w dzień duszno, temperatura o kilka lub kilkanaście stopni wyższa niż na zewnątrz. Trudno spać. Lokalizacja w centrum wydarzeń nie pozwala na otwarcie okna na noc. Pod oknem piwiarnie, winiarnie, restauracje. W nocy jest bardzo głośno.

Ubytování hodnotím velice pozitivně.Apartmány jsou velice prostorné a na krátké pobyty v nich nechybí nic.
Pros:

Historické centrum Hradce,všude blízko.

Cons:

Asi jen drobné detaily.Nádobí bylo třeba před použitím přemýt,matrace pro někoho mohou být méně pohodlné a polštáře jsou drobné.Nic co by kazilo pobyt.
