Wir waren nicht im Haupthaus, aber sehr zentral. Wohnung war wundervoll und modern ausgestattet, klimatisiert - perfekt.
Auch Frühstück im Hotel direkt war fein.

Slušný, čistý hotel vo výbornej lokalite a v prevažnej miere aj veľmi milým personálom
Pros:

veľmi dobrá lokalita ubytovania,
čistota na izbách,
pestré a celkom chutné raňajky,
ženský personál bol veľmi milý všeobecne (s pánskym na recepcii to trochu "pokulháva")

Cons:

veľmi nešťastne riešený priestor s pultom na taniere a bufetom (chápem obmedzený priestor historických budov, ale pri dobrej vôli by sa určite našlo lepšie riešenie),
mladý pánsky personál by sa mal učiť od dámskych kolegýň, alebo starších kolegov, nie, že by boli nepríjemní, ale skôr cítiť nezáujem a akúsi apatiu v interakcii so zákazníkom,
v reštaurácii nekvalitne načapované pivo (čo v krajine piva môjho partnera nepotešilo), teda pivo aj Aperoll spritz nebol z tých najlepších, čo sme v Českom Krumlove pili
zaskočila nás absencia "záchodovej kefy" na WC (nikdy som sa s tým ešte nestretla) - dôvod je pre mňa záhadou

Schönes Altstadthaus in zentraler Lage und mit modernem Komfort
Pros:

Das schöne historische Haus befindet sich in perfekter Lage am kleinen Stadtplatz. Es ist nicht direkt mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wir haben über das Hotel gegen Gebühr einen Parkplatz gebucht. Von dem wird man von einem Shuttle zum Hotel gebracht. Ohne Gepäck kann die Strecke leicht zu Fuß bewältigt werden. Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer direkt unterm Dach mit Blick auf den Schlossturm. Die alten Dachbalken lagen frei und sorgten für eine angenehme antike Atmosphäre. Das Frühstücksbuffet war äußerst vielfältig, umfangreich und sehr gut. Das Personal war nett und engagiert. Im Haus befindet sich ein empfehlenswertes Restaurant.

Cons:

Die Badewanne ist im Bereich der Dachschräge platziert und ist gleichzeitig die Dusche. Bei über 180cm Körpergröße muss man dadurch den Kopf etwas einziehen.

Schönes und sauberes Zimmer. Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sowie Restaurants sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Cons:

Leider war aus dem Personalraum im 3. Stock gegenüber unserem Zimmer ständig ein lautes Brummen zu hören, sowohl tagsüber als auch nachts. Uns hat es nicht allzu sehr gestört, für empfindlichere Gäste könnte es jedoch problematisch sein.
