Schönes Hotel in einem traumhaften Ort.
Pros:

Sehr schönes, modern ausgestattetes Zimmer. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit freundlichem Personal. Der Parkplatzservice funktioniert perfekt.

Disappointing
Pros:

I had requested two beds for our room since I was traveling with my grown son. Not only did I not receive two beds we were sent to a very small room in a building down the street. I had asked for parking and were told we could park down the street. The cost was fine, just inconvenient. The whole set up was not what I was expecting for the price. I had also received an e-mail from the nephew of the owner telling me to contact him so he could make sure everything was as expected. I sent an e-mail and asked the front desk to ask him to call me.. Have not heard. The old town is lovely and we enjoyed walking around... The room unfortunately was on the top floor in the building down the street. Not ideal and would not recommend. Kimberley

A fine location within a spectacular town.
Pros:

Very smart interiors, stylish and comfortable room. Our suite looked out on a scenic square, as does the restaurant.

Cons:

Nothing really.
Car parking is some distance away - we walked there although the cobbled streets are not meant for wheeled luggage. On our return we used the complementary hotel minibus.

Der Parkplatz ist nicht beim Hotel da es in der Fussgängerzone liegt. Es wurde ein Shuttle vom Parkplatz zum Hotel organisiert

Cons:

Die Angabe es gibt einen Parkplatz und diesen einfach in Google eingeben, hat nicht optimal funktioniert. Besser wären ein paar Zusatzinformationen gewesen. Auch die Info dass der Parkplatz extra kostet fehlte mir obwohl der Preis akzeptabel war

Pros:

Tout était parfait! Nous avions réservé une chambre double et on nous a surclassé et donné une suite. Le personnel était vraiment attentionné. On nous a offert le transport pour se rendre à l’arrêt d’autobus. Le déjeuner proposait un vaste choix. C’était vraiment au delà de nos attentes.

החלק העתיק של צ'סקי קרומלוב מדהים - חובה לישון שם אחרי שכל התיירים שבאו לטיול יומי מפראג חוזרים.
Pros:

המיקום - בכיכר המרכזית בחלק העתיק - חובה לקחת חלון עם נוף לכיכר (אם לא אז אין משמעות למיקום). לדעתי חובה גם לישון בתוך העיר העתיקה (האזור אסור לכניסת כלי רכב).
אין כניסה עם רכב אך יש סידור מאוד נוח כאשר המלון מפנה למגרש חניה (סטאטק), משם מתקשרים למלון ותוך 15 דקות באים לקחת אתכם עם המזוודות - החניה בתשלום למלון.
מיטות טובות. מזגן טוב.
ארוחת בקר -בסדר גמור.

חדר השירותים/מקלחת עם דלת הזזה - לא אטומה - אין פרטיות.

Don’t hesitate to book. Great location, comfortable clean and a good night’s sleep
Pros:

The location was superb. On the beautiful main square, which was one of the quieter parts of town as most of the rest are narrow, and very busy, streets. We were given an upgrade (thank you!) to a huge junior suite overlooking the square. Great air con and very comfortable beds. We had a great night’s sleep and a wonderful breakfast with masses of choice. The shuttle bus runs regularly to and from the car park, which should be booked in advance. All round great trip.

酒店位于小镇中央广场。

Cons:

除了房间外几乎没有服务，服务人员完全不给力。我们开车抵达酒店指定的停车场，并没有任何人在停车场接待，电话沟通后也并没有及时解决，烈日中等了15分钟再次电话沟通后才勉强解决，且没有所说的服务人员帮忙运送行李到酒店。酒店的早餐绝对是少有的差劲。这个小镇相比其它欧洲小镇并没有突出的特点，如非顺路实不必专程前往，会很失望。

Skvělý hotel s ještě lepší snídaní
Pros:

Skvělé ve všech směrech - Čistý hotel s pohodlnou posteli a funkční klimatizací, příjemný personál a hlavně - nejlepší snídaně v Česku kterou jsem kdy zažil - obrovský výběr všeho, vše čerstvé a chutné.

Lovely hotel, but poorly designed bath area and unhelpful staff

Superb location, room was very nice spacious and clean. The breakfast spread was amazing

Cons:

The bath area was super tiny and the bathtub was placed below a low height slanting roof. It was impossible to stand in the bath tub even for a short adult. One needed to squat in a tiny bathtub to be able to have a shower. Very poorly designed. When we complained to the front desk they feigned ignorance that it was so inconvenient.
For parking they also overcharged us, at the parking lot the attendant said it was EUR 11 for overnight parking and the hotel charged us EUR 16. When we asked the hotel staff why do we need to pay extra, the staff at the front desk could not provide us with any explanation and again feigned ignorance of the cost difference. This left a poor impression of the staff in the hotel
