Please note that due to heritage building protection, there is no elevator in the hotel.
Upon arrival into town, you can go through the pedestrian zone from 15:00 to 10:30 to reach Hotel Grand and drop off any luggage. After luggage unloading, guests can park their car in the area located outside the pedestrian zone.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Very nice hotel in a perfect location. Prokob was extremely helpful and kind to us.
Our room in the main building was clean and very spacious, complimentary, breakfast is excellent.
Note - parking is off site and quite a way away as tourist cars cannot access the historic town centre. Ensure you pre-book collection from the car park by the hotel or it is a 10 minute walk up the hill with your luggage!

Location was excellent facing the square, with a nice outside deck for dining or a beer. The breakfast offered something for everyone and more. You cannot access the walled city by car. The hotel advised of parking options, and we were shuttle to and from the hotel with our bags very easily, as it takes only a few minutes.
Common to many hotels in the region, there is a bathtub which includes a shower. These bathtubs are wuite high sided (about 20 inches..), which was not problem for us, but for older folks is a big step. More handholds for ingress/ egress would be very helpful.

Byl jsem ubytovaný v Hotelu Grand v Českém Krumlově a musím říct, že jsem byl velmi příjemně překvapen. Už při příchodu na recepci mě přivítala milá a ochotná recepční, která mi vše ochotně vysvětlila a pomohla s orientací.
Pokoj, který jsem dostal, byl krásně uklizený, vyvětraný a vkusně zařízený. Internet fungoval bez problémů po celém hotelu, což jsem také ocenil.
Snídaně se podávaly v hotelové restauraci a byly opravdu výborné – velký výběr, rozmanité a chutné jídlo. Personál byl po celou dobu usměvavý a ochotný poradit.
Večer jsme poseděli na zahrádce hotelové restaurace, kde nám s výběrem večeře ochotně poradil pan číšník Salajka. Je vidět, že svou práci dělá profesionálně – byl příjemný po celý večer a postaral se o skvělý servis. Atmosféru navíc doplnila živá hudba, která krásně podtrhla kouzlo tohoto města.
Celkově hodnotím pobyt velmi pozitivně a hotel rozhodně doporučuji. Velké děkuji celému personálu!

The location was excellent and the staff very helpful. We had a lovely suite overlooking the old town square.
No lifts. Whilst the staff carried our luggage, climbing up and down over 40 steps to our room several times a day was quite exhausting; we are in our mid 70s. The breakfast was eclectic but not to our taste being mainly cold cuts. There was no lounge in which to sit and enjoy a drink.

Ochotný personál na recepci, u ostatního personálu však chyběla znalost českého i anglického jazyka. Hotel má každopádně velmi dobrou polohu.
Tragické snídaně – doporučuji je raději zrušit a nabídnout hostům poukaz do vedlejší kavárny.
Umístit cca 18 lidí do malé místnosti a ještě do uličky postavit jídlo je při této ceně pokoje (4 900 Kč za větší pokoj v nové budově) opravdu výsměch. Přirovnání bych viděl spíše jako JZD + káva z automatu. To vůbec neodpovídá úrovni, kterou by člověk za tuto cenu očekával.
Osobně jsem snídani raději absolvoval ve vedlejší kavárně Authentic.
Doporučení pro hotel: pokud máte obsazenost obou budov pod 40 %, tento model snídaní je pravděpodobně ještě zvládnutelný a hosté mohou zůstat spokojení. Při vyšší obsazenosti je to ale zcela nedostačující.
Během mé návštěvy to byl bohužel velmi špatný zážitek – a rozhodně jsem nebyl jediný, ostatní hosté byli přinejmenším zaskočení.

飯店裡沒有電梯，房間老舊，床單上有頭髮，兩個合併的單人床墊中間都下陷，睡得不舒服。馬桶蓋上面有尿的痕跡。站在廁所的浴缸裡頭幾乎要撞到天花板，蓮蓬頭掛上去，水直接沖出浴缸外的地板，洗完澡地上都是水，浴巾邊緣都破舊脫落也不換，最令人噁心的是浴巾上還殘留一堆之前住客的頭髮
Die Lage ist hervorragend. Das Personal sehr freundlich.
Die Zimmer könnten etwas größer sein. Speziell das Bett nimmt viel Platz ein.
Das Frühstück samt Unterkunft , war absolut fantastisch.
Perfect location, beautiful room on the top floor with terrace and view to the church . Good variety breakfast and super nice and helpful staff.
No elevator, so the top floor apartment is a challenge if you have knee problems. Parking is outside the Center but we were picked up and brought to the hotel
