Pros:

Les appartements proposés ne sont pas tous équivalents même s’ils sont au même prix.
Celui qui nous était destiné avait un séjour sombre comme une cave, avec lumière électrique obligatoire toute la journée. Déprimant..avec vue sur une courette loin d’être aussi bien aménagée que sur les photos du site.
Après une discussion serrée avec la propriétaire, ns avons obtenu un autre appartement, à l’étage cette fois-ci, donc bcp plus clair. Mais seulement pour 3 nuits ( ns en avions réservé 4), nous avons donc perdu une nuit..
Ns n’avons pas aimé non plus la caméra de surveillance braquée sur la façade , donc sur notre porte et notre balcon, cela n’est pas agréable du tout.

Wonderful place for a quiet holiday
Pros:

Excellent property, spotlessly clean and well maintained and designed. Kapi was away but his father Yiannis was extremely helpful, including meetings us in Sitia at 01:15 in the morning to lead us to the accommodation. It is around 15 years since we've been in Palekastro and Kouremenos. It has changed very little in that time - quiet Cretan charm.

Good base in a quiet corner of Crete
Pros:

A nice cottage, well equipped but bed far too hard. Very friendly welcome, wine in fridge and olive oil easy walk to the village and beach, good for a quiet get away.

perfect retreat
Pros:

Fantastic,we had a lovely welcome from Kapi who showed us round this wonderful open plan apartment.He had out water, a bottle of white wine from Sitia in the fridge so we could toast the new year. There was a bowl of oranges and satsumas from his orchard on the table.the kitchen looked like a French kitchen with its cream table and chairs and navy blue tiles. A marble staircase went up to the bedroom which was very spacious, it had a balcony which had lovely views over the Olive groves and the sea.
