Do NoT BOOK here...The owner does not meet you, does not care you have teavelled very far to come to Greece. They will not be helpful for you.

There are many good hotels that care about the customer, they will be there to greet you and help you. This place is terrible..read the reviews.

Its very nice place, perfect and very clean

The rooms are dates, bathroom had moldy shower curtain. At best a two star hotel.

Property is good and value for money. Recommended for families and longer stays. The rooms are noisy during night. Toilets are not fresh and smells stinking

Beautiful property ! I booked the pool view room, that had a hot tub outside the door ! It was a beautiful stay, walking distance to shopping and restaurants, also sea view from the pool area ! I recommend !

We enjoyed our stay! Very clean and quiet! And the staff was very caring as we had food poisoning the last day and they went out of their way to comfort us and help.

This property is one of the worst ever. Please do not book anything in in place. They are rude and quite aggressive. They fights with all the customers and hygiene is very poor in the properties. Worst! Worst! Worst! Mouldy bathrooms and broken beds that the perfect way to describe them.

The property is beautiful from the outside. Our room not so great. Mattress so hard i could not sleep! We paid for sea view and got a room on the main floor overlooking the pool. Missing toilet seat and leaking fridge. Every day the owner would tell us the toilet seat would be installed tomorrow but tomorrow never came! The staff not so great, the lady in the kitchen terribly rude. A young man who works there named Teli was so kind and tried to make up for the hotels short comings. Beautiful pool and view from the pool area was great! Breakfast options terrible! Hotel owners clearly don’t care what you think! Take it or leave it attitude. Really a shame because this hotel has great potential.

Please save your money and go someplace else. The housekeeping staff were nice but didn’t clean the room properly, as the floor was not swept and the sink was dirty plus no clean glasses and stained towels. The reception staff was helpful and ordered me a car to take me to the airport to catch my flight. The driver was 20 minutes late for pick up. The reception said don’t worry about it you will make the flight. I responded I am paying for this service and it’s not okay for the driver to be late. The breakfast that was included was not very good at all, as the egg omelette was dry dry dry. I bought my breakfast every morning from a place down the road. There was a strong air freshener and in the room that I had to have removed because it was so strong it gave me a head ache. I later realized the air freshener was to cover up the smell in the room. There were no pool chairs only places to lay with cushions that were dirty and torn. I have always been pleased with Expedia’s accommodations but not this time
Very disappointing

Lovely suite, beautiful pool. Check in reception was great, friendly helpful. Ruins were a good size and beds comfortable.
Was not impressed with breakfast buffet. Offerings were ok, however many times everything empty. Had to ask for food to be put out and only 40 min into breakfast.. One morning the milk was curdling the coffee and they refused to replace staying milk was fine. Didn't have coffee or tea that morning

Razoável, comodidade muito boa porém serviço de péssima qualidade. Recepção não estava preparada para receber pagamentos com cartão de crédito, não tendo a maquininha e nos obrigando a passar os dados do cartão por telefone. Café da manhã bem medíocre com pouquíssimas opções sem contar o leite quente, no qual foram super grossos e mal educados ao pedirmos para esquentar 1 xícara. Localização é boa mas o atendimento não valeu a pena. Wi-Fi muito ruim também. Não recomendo esse hotel.

Um hotel com uma estrutura muito boa, porém com um atendimento de péssima qualidade. Logo no primeiro dia faltou pao no cafe da manha, e quando pedimos alguma coisa, por exemplo para esquentar o leite , as empregadas estavam sempre de mal humor e nem sempre atendiam. Tivemos problemas para pagar, pois o responsável nunca estava no hotel e nao tinha maquina para passar cartão. Uma pena pois e .um hotel bonito e confortável

Questo hotel non ha nulla di un 4 stelle . Sono arrivata al una della mattina col transfert del hotel. Mi è stato chiesto 25 euros mentre è indicato in camera che il costo è di 20 euros. Mi è stato chiesto 12 euros di tasse contro i 2 che mi avete comunicato. Non ho mai pagato 12 euros in nessun hotel nel mondo come tasse .l’a detto che mi ha mostrato la camera mi ha tempestata per avere il mio numero e Instagram per uscire mentre stava in messo alla mia camera da letto. Quando ho visto che non c’era acqua, sono tornata al accueil per comprarne e mi è stato risposto che non c’era . Notte orribile perché c’era il rumore di una palla che rimbombava al piano sopra . Lo fatto nottate il giorno dopo chiedendo di cambiare camera che tra l’altro non aveva il letto qu’en che avevo richiesto ma due lettini. La proprietaria mi ha risposto in male modo e non ha soluzione ti il problema che si è ripresentato ogni notte oltre al rumore carente delle macchine perché da sulla strada. Colazione poverissima con un aderta che fa rumori insostenibili durante tutto il tempo della collazione. Maneggia piatti e coperti in modo assurdo facendo un rumore assurdo. La piscina non si riscalda, troppo grande e non c’è uno sistema di riscaldamento. In pratica nessuno la usa . Ho 44 anni, ho viaggiato in tutto il mondo è non ho mai visto tale disastro. Gente poco professionale. Parlando con altri clienti, mi sono accorta che tanti erano scontenti . C’è a chi non è stato dato il resto o quad senza benzina

On a booké pour un chambre avec un lit double pour moi et mon copain, mais nous avons eu une chambre avec 3 lits jumeaux sans possibilité de nous accomoder

Staff was excellent views were amazing. Bathrooms need some work. Tub too high to get in and a bit difficult for me to go in and out. Rest of property was excellent. Location was great close to everything. Staff was very helpful and very accommodating. Overall good hotel

Nice hotel. Generous room size and nice pool area.

The location was very handy for Fira and there is a lovely wine tasting venue next door.

The hotel is dated however and would benefit from a full redecoration. The linen in the room could have been cleaner and the loungers by the pool were tired.

The breakfast was terrible and needs serious attention.

If you’re thinking of booking here, make sure you book one of the rooms with a private hot tub.

Horroroso. Apto sem ar condicionado, embora na descrição tenha e para mim seja item obrigatório, box sem nem cortina de tecido, falta de camas como consta no anúncio. Cafe da manhã era só pao e cafe, nem queijo e nem frutas

Chambre spacieuse, petit déjeuner satisfaisant, beaucoup de bruit car soir de concert , mais bien situé.
