Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff. Well located which suits our need- walking distance to centre, shopping & dinings.
I would recommend a consideration for making a shower non-slip mat be available as the flooring tends to be slippery.
I would recommend this place to my friends.

First of all, Nikoleta was amazing!! She kept us well informed before we left Canada and all the way through leading up to our arrival. Gave us great information on things to do around the entire Island and good places to go and eat. Efcharisto poly!!!

The room was beautiful and clean with stairs going to an upper deck that housed an amazing view and our own hot tub. Do watch that it can get windy and you might lose a towel LOL. But luckily they have clothes pins on the drying rack.

We didn't get a chance to use the pool but it looked pretty inviting. The air conditioning in the room worked perfectly and in fact we had to turn it off at one point it was so good!

The common area for the hotel is absolutely spectacular with amazing views further into Oia. I don't think I have seen a more beautiful sunset in my life from our vantage point.

It was so easy to walk into the centre of town, and also a good spot if you want to walk the trail from Oia to Fira.

Right across the street is where you can not only book your transfer back to the port but also where you can rent a car or as we did a scooter. €30 for 24 hours is an amazing price even though we didn't need it for the whole 24 hours!

And the rates per night were fantastic. You get amazing views and a beautiful hotel and you are steps away from central Oia without Oia's prices.

And across the street, Anemomilos restaurant, has unbelievable food for incredible prices.

The staff were very friendly & helpful. We arrived early and were given a cold drink & a spa pool and shade with amazing views; to relax in while they prepared our room, which we then had access to 2 hours early.
The rooms were spacious and immaculate with food and water in the fridge for us and a complimentary bottle of wine. The views from the Caves & Terrace were beautiful, as was the sunset. It was very quiet. Overall a great place to relax, with an easy walk to shops and restaurants. Loved it at Aspa Villas and would stay again! 🙂

We had a great stay !! Nikoleta was on top of her game. We arrived late , after a long flight and we were greeted with wine and other food items .Nikoleta was also quick to respond to all our questions. Thank you so much Nikoleta for being so thoughtful.

Nikoleta was a gracious host and tried hard to make sure all was right with our stay. We liked the refrigerator stocked with bread, ham and cheese, as well as the commentary coffee and tea. Our patio had a jacuzzi and good view of the town. A/C was effective. We would stay here again.

Ms. Nikoleta ad her staff were really hospitable and really helpful everytime we have a question for them. the place was really nice as it is convenient and walkable to all the the tourist spots in Oia. it is also close to restaurants, convenient stores, and free parking spots/area. the room was always clean every time we get back from exploring the area. we would definitely comeback and stay here if we visit Santorini again.

We had a wonderful stay in Aspa Villas. From the day I booked a room to the time we left, every questions I have, have been answered pretty quickly by Nikoleta.
I booked the superior room with terrace, and it didn’t disappointed. From our terrace, we have a nice view of Oia and the caldera. And going to where the actions are, it’s an easy walk,
The room gets cleaned and towels get changed everyday.
They provided some food, coffee and a bottle of wine, which is greatly appreciated. Especially the wine, we enjoyed it a lot while enjoying our time in the terrace.
Also, Nikoleta helped us sort out our volcano tour pick up.
At checkout, we have another surprise from Nikoleta and her husband, giving us a nice souvenir that will definitely add as reminder of our lovely time in Santorini.

I loved my stay. The bed was very comfortable and every amenity I could need was there - including some complementary food and drinks. The views are stunning and there’s a shared hot tub overlooking the water. The hotel was also very accommodating to my travel schedule. I also loved the location - just a quick walk into town with a couple of markets and bus stop right there. I could go on and on — thanks for a wonderful stay, I hope to be back.

Amazing views of Oia's sunset and beautiful private pool room! Staff were very friendly and accommodating. They let us store our bags and use their pool, terrace and bathroom when we had to check out but had a later flight. Walkable to Oia's restaurants and sightseeing. Across the street from a quad and car rental place to explore the rest of the island!

This was one of the best places we have ever stayed. My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and can not recommend it more. We had a full rooftop to our self with a private jacuzzi and the best views of the sunset. When we arrived, our fridge was fully stocked and we had a card and bottle of wine waiting for us to congratulate us. Nikoleta continuously checked in to make sure our stay was great. This hotel sits in the best part of Oia because you still have the most amazing views but it’s quiet and you’re away from the crowds. It is a 5 minute walk to the heart and center of Oia. An added bonus is this hotel also helps set up transfers to the airport and to the port which makes your trip even simpler. Photo attached was our view for our very massive rooftop

Am amazing hotel with excellent service. The room felt like home, very welcoming, clean and comfortable. Fully recommend! The rooftop is perfect for pictures. I received so much help from Nikoleta, she is a very kind lady.

Aspa Villas was a great experience from the beginning. From the greetings by Nicoletta and her husband, to the great views we had, the whole time they were friendly and welcoming.

The room was spacious with two decks in the one bedroom with hot tub outside, which was one of the highlights in Santorini as it has a partial caldera view. It was similar to staying in a relatives home that has such care to ensure your stay is memorable and we couldn’t thank them enough!

We were looking for a reasonable option for our graduation trip and this place was perfect for our stay being our first time Santorini. Nikoleta and her family were extremely friendly and the service was exceptional with the amenities and food provided. Was a reasonable price point and the roof terrace and hot tub overlooking the Aegean sea really made our trip!
