Pros:

Hezká procházka do centra,Kousek od zastávky tramvaje, příjemný personál.

Will I pay 200-300eur more (4nights) next time for much better experience somewhere else - Yes!
Pros:

Location is very comfortable, next to is tram stop, not that far are others to go any direction desired. Around are many places to eat, especially Pizzeria with real pizza oven, the food there was amazing. Little shops around for some random snacks. The location in general is in the middle to all locations - Zoo, Old city, Castle, +/- same distance.

Cons:

1) The pillows in beds were elephant size, not possible to physically sleep on them, had to use the blanket instead. Also, there were no replacement pillows available, like really, huge and not even soft.
2) The room cleaning during stay included only trash bin emptying.
3) The beds were not made, nor sheets changed single time during our stay.
4) We were also not lucky with neighbors who stayed overnight and made huge noise throughout the night, in morning the hallway smelled to cigarette smoke while they were still heavily smoking in the room. Informed the stuff about the situation, we were lucky they moved out same day, jet the ventilation of hallway wasn't made efficiently enough and it smelled even in evening when we returned.
5) The condition of bathroom is quite average; water pressure was low; floor tiles were loose; soap was the cheapest with no actual effect.
6) Breakfast was quite average if not worse; All the products were from the cheapest shelf and you can feel it; The choice of food was quite limited;

Super, i have stayed here many times before, it is GREAT and the location is amazing, you have everything near, Lidl Albert, conv. stores, medication stores, trams subways etc.

Určitě se znovu vrátím. Do centra kousek, snídaně bohatá, velký výběr, průběžně doplňovala potraviny, milý personál.
Pros:

Všude čisto, v koupelně žádná plíseň, voda odtékala, polštáře neproležené.

Cons:

Vše bylo v pořádku.

Muy agradable
Pros:

El desayuno muy completo. En la esquina para el tranvía por lo que llegas al centro rápido y barato. Nos dejaron dejar las mochilas el día de la llegada antes de darnos nuestra habitación. El personal muy amable.

Cons:

No hay persianas y las cortinas no tapan mucho la luz. El agua caliente tardaba mucho en salir y cuando salia duraba muy poco.

Good hotel with okay price for what they offer
Pros:

Great location, great staff. Close to the old town. Great breakfast.

Cons:

Terrible WiFi connection (99% of the time you will not have internet). Don’t have AC and refrigerator in the room. The elevator is small.
