Viajo todos los años a Trujillo y todos los años nos quedamos en este mismo hotel, pero este año estuvo todo mal. La atención del personal fue mala. Las instalaciones estaban viejas y descuidadas. Los ventiladores no funcionaban. El cuarto no lo limpiaban, teníamos que volver a pedirlo todos los dias. La verdad una pena, siempre volvíamos porque nos gustaba mucho, pero ya no más ésta fue la última vez.

Comodidad y seguridad cerca del centro
Pros:

Fueron muy amables con nosotros. La ubicación es muy buena, sin estar en el centro mismo está muy cerca en un sector tranquilo. La cama era cómoda, la ducha funcionaba muy bien. Nos guardaron las maletas durante el día cuando ya habíamos hecho el check out.

Iglesia y plaza de armas. ✨ Se puede ir caminando.
La amabilidad de las señoritas que atienden el desayuno.🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
El desayuno muy rico y hubo servicio buffet. 🧀 🍞 ☕
Se pudo hacer check in antes del horario, (sin ningún costo adicional) y a la hora del check out pude dejar mi mochila en recepción. 😊

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es war sauber und die Dusche war super!

Cons:

Leider hatten wir ein Zimmer zum Lichtschacht mit der Küche und dem Speiseraum. Ab 06:00 Uhr morgens dröhnte der Fernseher zu uns hoch. Das war extrem laut.
Was auch immer irritierend ist: die Fotos im Internet entsprechen in keinster Weise den Gegebenheiten.

No me dieron la habitación que escogí por el aplicativo, comparado a las fotos era totalmente otra. Mi habitación no tenía ventilación ni ventilador, algo que estaba dentro de los servicios ofrecidos, lo indiqué en recepción pero tenía que esperar al día siguiente para solicitarlo a la señorita del turno de la mañana, al final nadie me solucionó el problema. El desayuno buffet muy simple. No recomiendo para nada este alojamiento.

The staff was very helpful. Lucy and Anabel helped us to keep our luggage safe and with a taxi on our way out.
Breakfast was good, included eggs ham, cheese, bread fresh fruit and juices

Not far from the "plaza mayor". Suitable for families. The buffet breakfast was very convenient. The staff was helpful and amicable.
