Noch nie so schlecht in Lenas Donauhotel gewohnt.
Pros:

Die Lage ist super. Die Rezeptionistin, die uns ein - und ausgecheckt hat war sehr freundlich und kompetent. .

Cons:

Bis auf die benannte Rezeptionistin war das Personal so schlecht, wie ich es in diesem Hotel noch nie erlebt habe. Als ich Mängel im Zimmer, Duschkopf defekt, TV ohne Funktion und mangelhaftes WLan angegeben habe , sagte der Rezeptionist, das ginge Ihn nichts an, ich solle gefälligst eine Mail an das Hotel schicken. Die Mängel wurden während unseres Aufenthalts nicht behoben. Desweitern waren der Biergarten und das Restaurant geschlossen, da das Hotel komplett eine Baustelle war. Hätte dazu ein Hinweis auf der HP gestanden, hätten wir storniert.

Adequate if it’s not terribly hot.
Pros:

Easy transportation options. Tram and train just a short walk from the property.

Cons:

WiFi was unstable, no AC and no fans offered during a heat wave. Also seemed inaccessible - had a life, but stairs into the property and stairs to get to the elevator.
