Ainoastaan sijainnista.

Cons:

Huoneisto lampu oli osittain rikki, seinät likaisia, myös matto. TV pois käytöstä sekä sellaisessa paikassa,seinässä kiinni että vaikka olisi toiminut sitä ei olisi pystytty katsoa sängystä.
Mitään mukavuutta ei ollut huoneessa, ei edes pullo vettä.

Since District 22 was our main priority, we found this hotel to be a great choice with a good balance of price, location, and comfort. It’s located in the nice and quiet Alba Danube area, but still close to the U1 metro line (with direct access to tourist attractions), tram stops, a big mall, and McDonald’s. It’s also a great area for relaxing walks, boating, and even swimming in summer.
We also liked that the hotel is dog-friendly (€15 per night) and offers private parking (€20 per night). The breakfast (€16 per person) was tasty and had a good variety of choices.
The room was clean but ascetic however it's ok if you are not going to stay at a hotel all day long.

Cons:

It would be great yo have an electric kettle and small fridge in the room.

Cons:

Buche das Lenas Donau aufgrund der Lage / Nähe zu meiner Familie in Wien seit vielen Jahren regelmäßig 1 - 2 mal im Jahr. Das Hotel und der Service wurden in letzter Zeit von Aufenthalt zu Aufenthalt immer schlechter. Das Frühstücksbuffet wurde seit Corona laufend verkleinert, und dürfte sich inzwischen nicht einmal mehr "Buffet " nennen. Es gab diesmal nicht einmal mehr Schwarzbrot oder Vollkorngebäck zum Frühstück, sondern nur noch Semmeln und Toastbrot. Für jeden Handstrich soll man nun extra bezahlen. Wir waren zB schon vor 15 Uhr im Hotel, weil wir bereits Unternehmungen für den Anreisetag geplat hatten. Wir wollten die Formalitäten schon vorab erledigen und unsere Koffer deponieren. Unser Zimmer war bereits fertig. Wir durften zwar die Koffer zwischenlagern und bereits die Rechnung bezahlen (!), das Zimmer haben wir aber noch nicht bekommen. Vor 15:00 Uhr hätten wir zusätzlich 25 Euro dafür zahlen müssen. Ich bin schon in vielen, und vor allem weit besseren und exklusiveren Hotels gewesen, aber das gab es noch nirgends. Die Zimmer waren zwar geputzt und entsprechend sauber, aber extrem abgewohnt. Es darf auch nicht stören, dass die Fugen in der Dusche nicht mehr weiß, sondern schwarz sind. Und auch der undefinierbare Fleck an der Decke über dem WC, bei dem man nicht weiß ob es Schimmel oder sonst was ist, muss ignoriert werden.
Generell waren wir in den letzten paar Jahren nach jedem Besuch etwas enttäuschter. Der letzte Besuch hat mir aber klar gemacht, dass es Zeit wird, mich um eine neue Bleibe für meine Familienbesuche in Wien umzusehen. Bei einem Preis von fast 190 Euro für eine Nacht, kann man sich definitiv mehr erwarten!

Posizione ottima, colazione buona. Personale accogliente. Camere ampie.

Cons:

Le camere erano apparentemente pulite, ma poi per due giorni ho trovato scarafaggi nel bagno e uno anche sul letto!

Goede budgetoptie als je een mooie kamer minder belangrijk vindt

Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Cons:

De kamer was oud en versleten, en oogde erg goedkoop. De deur van de kast was stuk. Het tapijt was kaalgelopen. De meubels oogden sowieso goedkoop. Allemaal niet heel erg als je de kamer alleen gebruikt om te slapen, maar sfeervol is anders.
