Stay here! This place was awesome. Very convenient, walkable, and clean. Staff is very friendly, yes the stairs are not easy; however, if you’re not traveling with dumbbells you will be fine. Also, the restaurant downstairs was awesome, very friendly staff and great service.
I went here for a night because I was feeling unwell and needed to get away, and this place was great. It was quiet, clean, nice, and absolutely would stay again for a longer period of time. If you need a place in Prague, this one is a great option.
Mitten in der City daß war sehr schön....
Localização excelente. Atendimento muito cordial.
Saknade kylskåp och garderob, läget var bra men många trappsteg. Hjälpsam personal men onödigt att byta handdukar varje dag, behövde städa golven istället
It should be very boldly stated that the hotel is a walk-up with No Elevator. Also, Reception closed way too frequently.
Perfect location in the centre of Prague.
Excelente ubicación y lindas vistas.
Prepárate para subir 6 pisos con equipaje.
The location was great. Close to the astronomical clock and the kinsky museum, comfortable beds, spacious room and wide selections of restaurants and the market just in front, however the hotel has no air conditioner, no elevator, (especially when you have heavy luggages and on the 4th floor), very loud noise from people partying all night til 6 in the morning, no hot water, the tv wasn’t working. Overall we did not get a good sleep all night. We left very tired.
El lugar muy bien ubicado, muy bonita la habitación, céntrico y con muchas tiendas y lugares que visitar al rededor
This small hotel is located in a convenient area, making it easy to get to Old Town, the Charles Bridge, dining and shopping areas. The room was good for the price (we selected two twin beds), and the staff was very nice.
There are no elevators, and our room was on the third floor... that was rough after walking around Prague for a day and a half, but otherwise, no issues at all. :)
The hotel communicated very well, offering ride service, parking recommendations via email through the Expedia app and also was available via telephone. Very friendly and helpful. The room was perfect and clean. Came with linens and towels. Had a coffee/tea and blow dryer. Our room was located on the 2nd floor just above the market. I loved waking up to bustling outside each morning. The location was absolutely perfect for walking to all attractions in Prague 1. Old town, St. Charles Bridge etc are just a few to name. Close to all shops, museums, and anywhere you would like to eat. The apartments are located just above the restaurant.
Great hotel
Beautiful lovely city, will go back soon
Stayed for a night with my group of friends and honestly wish we had stayed more nights there because it was very comfortable if your in a group with a few people since there were so many beds. This hotel is right in the heart of the most walkable areas in Prague and is only a block and a half away from the old town square. Better directions for finding it would have been helpful though because google maps/Apple Maps had trouble routing us to the right place and kept taking us across the street since it’s a pretty dense area. Once we decided to find the names and addresses of all the places on the street we were able to locate it. Overall great stay and would recommend for large groups!
Most beautiful hotel in the centre of Prague. Perfect walking distance to all of the main attractions. The beautiful cobblestone street has amazing markets set up every morning. One of the best experiences of my life. I would instantly choose to stay here every single time I visit Prague. Front Desk lady was also very nice and helpful giving advice on where to visit during our stay.
We asked for directions to the Hotel from Prague Train Station. The directions we received was not helpful at all. We got to the Hotel after Midnight and had to climb steps to the 3rd floor with our luggage. No lift. We read some of 2014 reviews where the replies from the Hotel said they would be installing an elevator within 3 - 4 weeks. 5 years later and still no elevator.
The restaurant serves the most delicious food and we received 10% discount on our meals. Staff very friendly.
The room was small but comfortable. Unfortunately, there was only one lady responsible for cleaning all the rooms in the Hotel. It is the most busiest time of the year. Christmas / New years’ holiday. It was not possible for her to get to all the rooms before guests return to their rooms. We stayed at the Hotel for 4 nights and 2 of the nights we came back to a room that has not been cleaned. On the 1st we went to reception and found the cleaning lady chatting to the receptionist. When we asked about our room not being cleaned the lady apologized and said that she is the only one cleaning all the rooms and that it is a very busy time. Surely, this is not our problem?
We went down to the restaurant to order pizza and she cleaned the room in approximately 10 min. The 2nd time we went back to the room that was not cleaned the lady came to the room at approximately 19.30 and asked whether she could clean the room then. We were very tired after walking and exploring all day and said that she could leave it as it late and we are tired.
I feel that the Hotel should ensure that they have enough cleaning staff to keep the rooms clean, tidy and comfortable for the guests when they return from a day out exploring Prague.
Place is worst than a low class lodge, no air conditioner, pictures are deceiving. Rude staff who think they are giving a 5 start luxury.
Wonderful place to stay, although going through some modernisation so first impression wasn’t great, however once you get to your apartment things change, lovely room with mezzanine, clean and modern. Loved the fact that the market was outside and lived even more the pizzeria below. We received a free drink each and 20% off every time we ate the pizzeria and it’s really worth it lovely food. Would definitely stay again. Safe, secure and close to everything.
