La vue depuis la terrasse, c'est ce qu'on paye. Le jacuzzi face à la vue.
Le jacuzzi est vieillissant mais fait bien le job.
La chambre était quand même très chère par rapport à d'autres que nous avons eues pour notre séjour.

Hôtel dont les suites sont dotées d'une vue spectaculaire sur la caldeira notamment depuis les bains à remous des terrasses. Plus intimiste qu'à OIA dont beaucoup de jacuzzis sont visibles depuis la promenade. Le personnel est très agréable et souriant. Les petits déjeuners à la carte sont très copieux et disposent d'un large choix. Idéalement placé par rapport au centre de FIRA et ses rues piétonnes. La suite EMERAUDE a rempli toutes ses promesses et plus encore.

It was an unforgettable vacation—a magnificent place with top-notch service. We had the place to ourselves, with a pool and our own private Jacuzzi at our disposal; the breakfast was superb, the service was unobtrusive, and there was peace, quiet, and a beautiful sunset!
Die Aussicht war wunderschön und die Unterkunft war sehr Zentral alles direkt in der Nähe. Das Personal war sehr sehr liebevoll und hilfsbereit.
We stayed in the Opal suite which is the top room and wasn’t overlooked. Amazing breakfast delivered to our room each day at a time that we chose. Friendly helpful staff and spotless cleaning every day. Location was perfect and peaceful but only a few minutes walk to the centre.

Room smells nice, clean and quiet. Great view from the balcony/ hot tub. Walking distance to shops and restaurants.
They provide assistance to bring your luggages down and up from your rooms.
Too many stairs to walk up and down.
