Great value for central Amsterdam!
Pros:

Friendly, helpful staff. Able to store luggage & continue to use facilies after checkout time as we waited to board our cruise. Breakfast had a good variety. Location was unbeatable; across the street from Central Station.

Don’t overlook this boutique hotel!
Pros:

The A Train Hotel is a quaint boutique hotel filled with interesting train nostalgia. The location is an easy 2 block walk from Central Station. The rooms were “European small” and quite comfortable for our stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful with recommendations for places to eat and options for transportation.

Great location, lovely staff, very good breakfast. Would definitely stay again for a night or two.
Pros:

The location is great - just a couple of minutes from Amsterdam Centraal train station.
The staff were really helpful and friendly - they couldn't have been nicer.
The breakfast was really good - the croissants in particular!

The hotel is train themed of course! The breakfast room was great with booths like mini train carriages with luggage racks. My daughter LOVED It!

Cons:

There were no toiletries at all, just hand soap from a dispenser by the sink.
Our room was small and basic but the beds were comfortable.

Quirky great hotel in superb location
Pros:

Superb location opposite Central Station. Very quirky and different but wonderful hotel. Staff helpful. Breakfast self service but great range of items available. Our room was First Class on 4th floor with great views towards harbour and station. Would very happily return
