Lokalita, dostupnost centra, moderní interiér, vana v koupelně, kosmetika k dispozici, skvělá snídaně, obrovská terasa k pokoji, kterou jsme už vzhledem k podzimnímu počasí nevyužili, ochotný a vstřícný personál na recepci, prostě všechno top.
Poloha v centru města.
Byly slyšet zvuky z ostatních pokojů a z chodby.
Byli jsme zde ubytováni po několikáté a opět sázka na jistotu.
Milí recepční, pěkný čistý pokoj, luxusní snídaně.
V pokoji k dispozici tv, kávovar, minibar, terasa.
V koupelně byla vana(!!!), kvalitní kosmetika, fén.
Matrace v postelích pohodlné!
Za nás spokojenost a rádi se znovu vrátíme!
Lze parkovat u hotelu či v garáži.

Le petit déjeuner était très bien. Proche de la place avec qq restaurants.
Nous avons réservé cet hôtel 4☆ car il proposait un parking sécurisé ( payant) et un restaurant pour lequel tous les commentaires étaient élogieux. A notre arrivée, le restaurant est fermé et ouvre uniquement pour des événements privés. A notre étonnement la dame de l accueil a l air agacée par notre désappointement et nous rétorque qu il y a des resto sur la place ..pour le parking on nous demande de payer direct puis on nous annonce qu on ne peut pas se garer sans le garage sécurisé. ( privatisé pour un événement du lendemain) les places extérieures sont payantes et sont gérées par la ville. Heureusement le gérant a été commercial et nous a laissé rentrer notre voiture ( de plus qu on avait payé ce service) mais on devait sortir pour max 8h. Dans la foulée, la dame de l accueil nous annonce que le petit déjeuner est de 7h a max 9h.( a la place de 10h) Pas possible non plus de prendre un verre au bar( il n y a rien appart un pt frigo dans la chambre) le personnel n est pas sympathique, pas un bonjour, ni désolé pour les désagréments... rien.. si nous avions su ça avant nous n aurions changé d établissement.

Nedoplnene kapsle ke kavovaru, ktery je na pokoji k dispozici, mala kapacita prostoru, kde jsou podavany snidane a predevsim to, ze nefunguje restaurace ani pro hotelove hosty! V dobe "pred covidem" byla naprosto perfektni a jidlo uzasne. Vubec cely hotel pusobi dojmem, ze neni vyuzit jeho potenciál a to, co muze hostum nabizet. Smutny pocit pri srovnani stavu z let predchozich s dneskem.
Poloha, příjemný personál.
Mohlo by byt trochu více uklizeno, např. v rohy u schodů.
Pěkné pokoje nemám co vytknout.
Lednička jela na nízkou teplotu.
