Everything. The reception staff was the best staff I’ve ever seen, so lovely warm & welcoming. Especially Rasina (the white lady with blue eyes) she was so nice & kind.

Excelente localização
Pros:

A localização é excelente, muito próxima ao porto e old town.
Apesar de nos terem colocado num quarto horrível, com um cheiro péssimo a mofo e uma casa de banho muito mal cuidada, realço que na segunda noite tudo fizeram para nos hospedar num quarto melhor. Depois da troca, tivemos uma estadia excelente e num quarto muito melhor. Realço a simpatia da Maria em nos ter dado resposta a este pedido.
Zona de piscina muito bem cuidada e agradável.

Cons:

O pequeno almoço poderia ser mais variado. Entra muita luz nos quartos porque o isolamento é muito fraco e a casa de banho facilmente inundava durante o banho, era preciso ter cuidado.

The breakfast was terrible
I was staying there for four days the i went for breakfast only the first day
All the others days i had to pay extra outside of the hotel to eat a proper breakfast

Non hanno mai cambiato gli asciugamani in tutto il periodo del soggiorno, quando andavi verso la stanza i bagni disponibili a tutti emanavano un forte odore di pipì, la nostra camera al -1 aveva la finestra ad altezza giardino e non si poteva aprire perché entravano gli insetti

Había 3 camas en la habitación lo cual hizo que se quedara muy pequeña. Yo iba con mi pareja hubiesemos preferido una cama de matrimonio. El agua de la bañera se salía completamente y cada vez que te duchabas se encharcaba el baño. Super incómodo esto. Se veía todo un poco viejo y destartalado
