Pros:

Exzellentes Frühstück.
Sehr freundliches Personal.
Zimmer außergewöhnlich gestaltet und trotz geringer Raumgröße alles vorhanden.
Wunderbar bequemes Einzelbett.

Cons:

Zimmer recht dunkel und laut, da zur kleinen Gasse hin ausgerichtet.

Allez-y pour l’établissement chargé d’histoire, et pour l’excellent restaurant.
Pros:

Authentique, central, bon accueil, petit déjeuner copieux, salle de bains moderne, belle vue rivière depuis la salle de petitdej, bon restaurant, bar exceptionnel.
Parking agréable

Cons:

Chambre sombre, ancienne, encombrée, petite. Décoration marocaine en Autriche : justifiée? Tentures poussiéreuses, non nécessaires. Rue très bruyante, accès voiture difficile.

Läget är perfekt mitt i stan med utsikt över floden. Mycket bra frukost med digert utbud och mycket sköna sängar. Mycket lugnt. Hotellets restaurang serverar utsökt klassiskt Österrikisk middag.

Cons:

Hotellet är lite slitet och inte riktigt så tipptopp som på bilderna. Prismässigt ligger det kanske lite väl högt andra alternativ i Kufstein. Vi har prövat några andra och kvaliteten är bättre på Auracher Löchel, men inte i nivå med prisskillnaden.

Leider wurde unser Aufenthalt durch das Verhalten des Chefs massiv überschattet. Nach einer Veranstaltung kamen wir gegen 22:30 Uhr mit mehreren anderen Gästen ins Hotel zurück und fragten höflich, ob es noch möglich sei, etwas zu trinken zu bestellen.

Darauf reagierte der Chef lautstark und aggressiv. Er schrie, wir hätten uns gefälligst an einen anderen Platz zu setzen, wir sollten dankbar sein, überhaupt noch etwas zu bekommen, schließlich sei eigentlich bereits um 22 Uhr geschlossen.

Als ich ihn ruhig fragte, warum er mich anschreie, erhielt ich die Antwort: „Sie sind Gast und das Hotel ist meins. Wenn es Ihnen nicht passt, gehen Sie doch woanders hin.“

Ein solches Verhalten gegenüber Gästen ist absolut inakzeptabel. Besonders erschreckend war, dass der Chef nicht nur Gäste, sondern offenbar auch sein eigenes Personal in diesem Ton behandelt.

Schade, denn das Hotel selbst und die Mitarbeiter hätten eine deutlich bessere Bewertung verdient. Aufgrund dieses Vorfalls werden wir jedoch nicht wiederkommen und können das Hotel nicht empfehlen

Flot renoveret og moderniseret i gammel bygning. Lækre detaljer. Ligger ved gangsti og flod og i Altstadt.
