Pros:

O lugar é bem localizado e aconchegante

Cons:

Não tem elevador. Para alguém que viaja com muita malas ou problemas de mobilidade pode ser um problema. O café da manhã começa somente às 08:00 am. Muito tarde na minha opinião

Excellent stay
Pros:

I spent three nights at the Hotel Gargallo in Syracuse during a business trip.
The room was spacious and clean, the breakfast buffet was excellent.
Finally, I truly appreciated the kindness and helpfulness of the staff, that among other things accommodated a non-standard request I made.

Great in all ways but one!
Pros:

Excellent location and staff very helpful and happy. The bed was comfy. Bed linen and towels were immaculately clean and white. A good range of foods at breakfast.

Cons:

Unfortunately my room faced onto a courtyard at the back and every night there was a neighbour playing the piano badly. Closing window and using ac helped .great in

Une déception!
Pros:

L’emplacement.

Cons:

L’état de propreté de la chambre dans laquelle l’aspirateur n’avait pas été passé.
Rideau qui pendait, deux anneaux étaient tombés .
Dans la salle de bain pas très propre , il a fallu faire couler l’eau durant 6 mn avant d’avoir de l’eau chaude!
Quel gâchis dans une région qui manque d’eau !

Cons:

E’ sporco.
E’ mancata l’acqua a causa di un guasto all’acquedotto x mezza giornata ma alla nostra camera al secondo piano x 2 giorni perché non avevamo la pompa x spingere la pressione dell’acqua fino a lì.
Al primo piano la pressione era così bassa da non poter fare la doccia.
