Good for a short stay as long as you have no knee problems.

Shower was in need of repair. Room smelled of mildew. We didn’t realize there would be so many steps everywhere, even down to our room.

Pros:

La situation de l'hôtel proche des restaurants et centres d'intérêts,, la gentillesse du personnel.
Notre chambre double était parfaite avec deux balcons donnant dans la rue.
Possibilité d'avoir un voiturier pour aller garer votre voiture dans un parking sécurisé ou se garer soi-même dans des parkings à proximité.
Très bel hôtel que nous vous recommandons.

Fabulous stay in Ortigia
Pros:

Excellent location in Ortigia, everything is at walking distance.
The hotel is nice, so was the staff, very kind and accommodating.

The location was very good for our needs.

Cons:

The shower was small with a broken door handle and there was no shelf for shampoo or soap, making its use difficult and frustrating. There was a leaking valve in the adjacent room WC that squeaked all night and there was a smell of sewerage for one night but that was rectified. The breakfast was really bad. I would recommend getting your breakfast from a cafe nearby.

Wonderful location - lovely small hotel but the bathroom really needs some attention.
Pros:

Location is excellent, room is comfortable & clean, staff really friendly, car valet service was great & breakfast was plentiful.

Cons:

Bathroom was clean but really needs updating - parts of the shower were broken.
