Una buena opción en Ortigia
Pros:

El desayuno estaba muy bueno y variado. Todo muy limpio. La habitación impecable, cómoda y espaciosa. Tenía 2 amplias ventanas a la calle con balcones. El aire acondicionado (para calefacción) funcionó correctamente. El baño era muy cómodo. El colchón muy cómodo. Las recepcionistas siempre muy amables.
Ante el problema del corte de energía eléctrica (en casi toda la isla), llamamos al número de emergencia porque el hotel no tiene recepción las 24 hs, y la respuesta fue casi inmediata: nos proveyeron de una llave para ingresar al hotel en reemplazo de la tarjeta magnética.

Cons:

Ante el problema del corte de energía eléctrica, no tuvimos un desayuno adecuado durante 2 días. No había disponible ninguna bebida caliente (café, té, etc.) ni productos refrigerados (yogurt, fiambres, etc). Si bien el primer día toda la isla estuvo afectada por el corte, el segundo día no fue así y creo que podía haberse encontrado alguna manera de proveer el servicio.

When we arrived it was fine, a nice big space.

Cons:

The hotel lost electricity both nights we were there. As a result we couldn’t charge devices, take showers in the light or use the hair dryer. It also impacted breakfast. No hot dishes or drinks were available.

The power loss was a result of the cyclone and not the hotel’s fault. However, they were not helpful in finding solutions.
