Great location in Ortigia!
Pros:

Fantastic location, close to sea walk, puppet theater, grocery store, and many restaurants. Quiet at night. Only a minute from the nearest bus stop. Many delicious choices at breakfast! Staff members are helpful.

Cons:

The shower/hot water situation. It took 5-10 minutes to get warm water in the shower (not even very hot), which seems very wasteful of water. Bidet drains very slowly.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful, located right in the heart of Ortigia. There are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, and everything is within walking distance. The breakfast is very generous and varied.
