City center hotel with wellness
Pros:

The hotel is very beautiful, with a great restaurant, a wellness spa, and very comfortable rooms.

Cons:

The room did not have a fridge, which was not ideal in the warm temperatures. We did not get parking, so we struggled to find a place somewhere nearby without paying for the city center. The staff was ok, but we received info about the possible meal from one person and then completely different when we wanted to order. Similar confusion was around the wellness. I enjoyed the stay more last time with the wine tasting and almonds; it is a great hotel with good facilities, but the price suggests better service.

Komplex pěkných historických budov, vybavení má své za sebou, špatná restaurace
Pros:

Pěkný hotel v centru města v komplexu historických budov. Hezké wellness s milou obsluhou. Ochotný personál na recepci. Průměrná snídaně ve vizuálně pěkné restauraci. Pohodlná postel.

Cons:

Pokoje spíš podprůměrné se starým nábytkem a v podstatě bez jakéhokoli standardního vybavení. Slaboučké dveře, přes které je slyšet úplně všechno. Často jsme běhali nahoru a dolů, protože karty od pokoje nefungovaly, i když jsme je důsledně nosili daleko od mobilu.
Restaurace velké zklamání. Když jsme šli na pozdní oběd, v restauraci bylo málem více personálu než strávníků. Někdo leštil vidličky, jiný lžičky, další rozjímali a povídali si, kdo půjde na cigárko a kdo na kávičku, ale když jsme měli prázdné skleničky a chtěli si objednat další pití, museli jsme dámy vyrušit na baru. Tatarák za 275 Kč, který jsme dostali, velikostně odpovídal větší polévkové lžíci, což bylo trochu překvapení, protože v menu nebyla uvedena gramáž. Za tři hlavní jídla, jeden předkrm a “normální” nápoje jsme platili přes 2000 Kč a kvalita a zážitek tomu vůbec neodpovídaly. Kdyby se servírka zeptala, jestli bylo vše v pořádku, řekli bychom jí to, ale asi ji to moc nezajímalo.
