Great Hotel in Wadi Musa
Pros:

The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming, they accepted my request to change my arrival date and they made sure I got the best room available. Everything was clean, dinner was excellent and they gave me extra food to visit the site as a gift. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very well equipped. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Cons:

Hotels in Wadi Musa are a bit far from the site and uphill. But this is no problem because the hotel offers rides to and from the visitor center! Just make sure you communicate it to them in advance.

Not quite “4 stars” and over-inflated ratings
Pros:

Fair price, delicious food, close proximity to Petra, helpful staff (but read more below for the rest of the story)

Cons:

I wouldn’t complain, since it’s very reasonable in price, but don’t expect 4 stars as advertised as 4 stars, with one of the stars literally crooked on the façade. In our 2 rooms, 3 out of 4 electrical outlets didn’t work. The staff are friendly, they shower you with huge gift bags, but when we went to check out, one of the staff rather aggressively took our mobile phone and pulled up the Booking app, seemingly about to give himself a score of 10 when I took the phone back. He said, please give us a 10, and it’s very important to do so before 8am to boost our rating. He kept pushing until I said, “How about an 11!” just to get away.

Amazing Stay at Petra!
Pros:

The staff were amazing! They could not do enough. They were so helpful and made our stay one of the most memorable in 15 years of travel. If you are visiting Petra you need to stay here! The rooms are fantastic and the breakfast sets you up for a great day of hiking around Petra.

Nothing. Everything was perfect!

Während unseres Aufenthalts in Amman haben wir mehrere Unterkünfte ausprobiert.
Dieses Hotel war mit Abstand das beste, das wir bekommen konnten.
Wir haben uns hier rundum wohl und entspannt gefühlt. Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich, herzlich und stets hilfsbereit – wirklich bemerkenswert!
Die Sauberkeit war hervorragend, alles war sehr gepflegt und ordentlich.
Auch die Lage ist einfach perfekt – besser geht es kaum.
Wir haben genau das bekommen, was wir uns gewünscht haben – und das zu einem wirklich fairen Preis im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels.
Wir können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen! 🌟
