Velký výběr na snídani. Nápomocná obsluha. Pohodlné postele.

Cons:

Hotel nesplňuje 4hvězdy, ale nám nevadilo.

Pros:

Ubytování bylo krásné, pokoj byl útulný a čistý. Malé občerstvení k dispozici po celý den včetně kávy z kávovaru. Na pokoji varná konvice k uvaření čaje nebo rozpustné kávy. Na snídani byl velký výběr všeho možného. Personál ochotný a milý. Jako poděkování jsme při odjezdu dostali láhev vína, která potěšila. Pokoj byl přesně jako na fotkách.

Pros:

Úžasný personál, děkujeme za přivítání a paní Renata nás nejednou zachránila. Zapomněli jsme kartáčky a pastu, dostali jsme v hotelu Pytloun zdarma! Postele pohodlné, spalo se jako na obláčku.
Ještě bych ráda zmínila krásnou zahradu. Sice pršelo, ale jindy tam musí být krásné posezení, je tam příjemný klid, jako na venkově.
Kluci si několikrát dali kakao, celý den je k dispozici kávovar, čaje a drobné tapas, sladké I slané. Skvělý servis.
Jeste jednou moc děkujeme, určitě se vždy rádi vrátíme.

Amazing experience, super staff
Pros:

Easy to find, easy check in, very friendly staff, amazing delicious breakfast, possibility to make Belgian waffles, which were very very tasty, parking. Everything new, clean, for hotel guests available coffee 24/7, and iron in the room )

Pěkné místo pro poznávání.
Pros:

Výborná snídaně, samoobslužný check-in, skvělé místo pro poznávání okolí, města a cesty na Ještěd. Jako pozornost od ubytování láhev Frizzante, které chutnalo skvěle. Rádi se vrátíme.
