Bohatá snídaně a nabídka baru. Milá obsluha, super pan manažer.

Cons:

Pokoj by potřeboval menší renovaci některého vybavení. Chybí lampičky a noční stolky (není na ně místo). Minimálně vybavená kuchyňka co se nádobí týká.

Ochota, vstřícnost a přátelská atmosféra při rozhovoru s personálem hotelu.
Čistota, vybavení pokoje.
Rychlé ubytování i odbytování.

Cons:

Nestihli jsme vyzkoušet Wellness, při příští návštěvě toto ale nevynecháme.

Hotel, stosunkowo mały, czysto, personel bardzo miły i przyjazny, śniadania obfite i różnorodne. Hotel stosunkowo niedaleko od centrum i od stoków narciarskich. Na wieczór jeżeli się jest obcokrajowcem warto mieć filmy na USB lub Smart TV na USB ponieważ TV są z płaskim ekranem bez funkcji Smart.

Pros:

Nesmírně příjemný personál hotelu, který byl(je) skutečně profesionální. Dále musím vyzdvihnout snídaně - vzhledem ke slušnému množství hotelů, kde jsem byl, mohu porovnat. Tedy celkově jedny z nejlepších snídaní, co jsem měl (výběr, chuť, čerstvost). Postele, až na drobné vrzání, pohodlné. Výhled na Ještěd vše zpříjemnil. Celkově mohu jen doporučit a budu se těšit na další a delší pobyt. Děkuji.

Cons:

Málo místa na parkování a těsně u cesty k vozidlům dětské hřiště(jasně, člověk si děti hlídá), nicméně není to úplně optimální. Lehce uvolněná toaleta, ale to je opravdu kosmetická záležitost.
