Perfect location, but not really a four star hotel
Pros:

The location was amazing, and the hotel was fine. Had it been rated as a three star hotel, i would have been happier and given a better score. But the facilities were not a proper four star and i was therefore disappointed. The AC was working which was very nice, and it was cold in my room. but it was old, very noisy and not possible to regulate the temperature. The room had a good size, the bathroom as well. but the room was worn, and the shower had some mold. again, had it been a three star hotel, it would have been fine. The staff in the reception was great, other than that the service was not good, breakfast was good, but took forever because the service was bad.

very happy with the nearby beach and the fact that reception could book sun beds. the prize, with the hotel discount was really good. Towels are included, but once again, service was terrible, once we asked for the towels four times and it tok 50 min from our arrival to we got the towels, although they were a lot quicker with the payment. the music at the beach was also way too loud. you could also hear the music from other beaches, so it was definetly noisy.

Cons:

The service, except for in the reception, was slow, not friendly and often not followed. ordered something that never got delivered, asked for something without an ingredient, but got it, asked for milk for my tea and it took 20 min etc. it also took forever to get our bill.

God placering og meget venlige receptionister. Ok senge.

Cons:

Der var fugtigt, og der lugtede af kloak fra badeværelset. “Udsigten” var til en slags lukket område / ind i en mur med kæmpe generator til aircondition, der larmede voldsomt meget.

Der var hår i skufferne og væggene var beskidte.

Расположение отличное, сытные завтраки. Очень отзывчивые сотрудники рецепции — помогли с такси, организовали ланч-боксы в поездку, приятно будет вернуться в это место

Cons:

Нет веревки для сушки на улице. В итоге мы вешали мокрые купальники и полотенца на плечики на ставни, выглядело это комично, но какой-то выход — иначе в номере ничего не сохнет

Fiyat çok yüksek fakat içide sunulanlar oldukça yetersiz. Kahvaltı seçeneği az çalışanlar aşık suratlı kahvaltı da omlet hatalı geldi. Domuz eti yemediğimizi söyledik tek seferlik hakkımız olduğu söylenip yenilenmedi. Odalar aşırı havasız temizlenme yetersiz konumundan başka hiçbir güzel özelliği bulunmayan bir otel!

A great location but feel like staff a bit indifferent due to large volumes of tourists coming through.

The hotel is in a great location in the old town with its own beach club.

Cons:

We had a sense that rooms weren’t 100% clean - red wine marks on duvet and urine stains on bathroom floor. Staff not very friendly.

Firstly great location between sea and old town, After that its all downhill, entrance hall dark and crowded with boxes and sponge seating pads(fire hazard?) our room 101 was dark with 1 small window directly over front entrance.
Electrical plug sockets and switches loose on wall, bathroom tiles crumbling,
Room not made up on several days, one of the reasons we booked was the beach area, which is fine if you like blaring music from 09.00 in the morning and only a handful of loungers, but lots of dining tables.
The attitude of this hotel was summed up when, during a heavy storm 2 girls came into the restaurant area and asked if they could shelter for a short while, Staff demanded that they buy something or leave immediately, they left as did we.
