Pros:

Location on the square very good

Bathroom smelt awful from the drains, walls paper thin and noise from restaurant and staff below in outside corridor too loud..no free water or milk in rooms

Hotel with great wine bar in old town.
Pros:

Big old fashioned hotel with modern bar and restaurant attached. Friendly staff. Good food and selection of wines. Good breakfast buffet.
On old town square which is pedestrian, so you can walk everywhere.

Great location, but everything else was poor or okay at best. Wouldn’t return.

Great location, but that’s about it.

Cons:

Heater in room didn’t work, walls were paper thin. I heard everyone in the rooms above and next to me. It was expensive compared to other options. I wouldn’t return.

Freezing room, sexist staff, avoid !

Location doesn’t get better than this, right on the main square and easily accessible from the bus depot for the old town.

Cons:

Heating didn’t work in my room, so politely asked the front desk for assistance. They confirmed it was broken, and sort of turned around and smiled, expecting me to be okay with that. Except it was 5 degrees outside, pouring rain, and genuinely freezing in the room given the old property. I asked for a radiator after hearing another guest received one, but the front desk claimed they were now all out, said I was young and would be fine. I then asked about an extra duvet, but the rudeness & genuine lack of care was just so disheartening. Particularly at a property that’s supposed to be one of the nicest in the city, if you’re a single young woman traveling alone, I’d recommend booking elsewhere
